The sound is absolutely superb. There’s only one downside: it never hurts your ears so it’s important to not put the volume too high for long periods, to protect your hearing.

If you are on a silicon machine, you just can’t install it, before installing there is a video online in RUclips that you have to do before installing any universal audio products, You have to go and recovery mode and allow some security. I don’t know if you were able to see that video. So if you haven’t type in the search how to install Universal products on Apple Silicon

Also, now I'm getting no power to the brand new Apollo solo. No lights at all. I just wanna make music man. This is impossible.

It kept taking me back to the new device window, but the I hit the authorize plugins button from the Meter and Control panel for the hundredth time, and it said successful and brought me to a new page to finish the registration process. @@TellyRemande you can look for a Apollo twin instead. Your situation is based off of the lack of power the ports on your computer provides to “bus power” the interface. If you have something like the twin (its just about the same unit and with two more outputs) you wont have to worry about powering the unit with your computer, as it already comes with its own power plug. Physical compatibility issues between the Twin and your current computer can be fixed with a simple Thunderbolt “dongle” or “adapter”. Hope this helps✌️

Sounds like progress, but I am so old I will stick to my Old Tube Fisher X-1000 that I bought new in 1963.
