Years ago the previous owner I bought my car from had just installed LED tail lights with resistors and right away I began having problems with the hazard flasher going bad. Usually it was worse when the park lights were on with only one bulb barely recognizable flashing instead of both and even then hardly noticeable. After replacing my 2nd flasher it did it again, so I bought this and cut out the resistors and it worked like magic. That was probably over 5 years ago and I've never had another issue. All my other bulbs are factory but zero issues and no more changing out hazard flasher switches. I used the same method shown here to install it.
Just added one to my 98...much more difficult because the dash pieces are designed different. The part where the ambient temp sensor and key hole are one with the center console on my car.
0:46 - "Very, very easy to do...." Your idea of easy is a lot different than mine. Looks like you took out the bottom half of your driver's side dash. But you did say you "really, really had trouble with.." was putting that air temp sensor back in place. Kudos on your patience.
Quick question, if I only have LED tail lights and haven’t upgraded my front turn signals yet will this still work? Or will it affect my front turn signals negatively?
Why not just leave well enough alone. If you don’t understand what it means, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Breaking front council pieces could be very expensive.🤔😬

Good video. Mine flashed fast with factory bulbs. Now I have led sequential bulbs and it still flashes too fast. Ruins the sequential signal.

Just recently installed my halos and hyperflash Harness.
Quick question, if I only have LED tail lights and haven’t upgraded my front turn signals yet will this still work? Or will it affect my front turn signals negatively?
My harness just arrived today. I'll be pulling the center console as well just to make sure I don't damage it.

The Night Flyer package looks really good but it doesn't say if it comes with the hyperflash harness.
Slam it on tarmacs and daily it.
Who cares if the LED's hyperflash? How long do you have turn signals on? 10, 20 seconds? Seems like alot of work to install the harness.
