Merry Christmas I'm a year in watching you videos after my stroke and although not really improved much myself I will say to new stroke survivors you do slowly learn to adjust and get stronger.......never give up!

I have the same problem with ziplocks, so same solution I use my teeth. I also use my whole body for solutions arms, torso, whatever works.
