What about colourways while using different graphics? I used 3 different graphics for 3 colourways (and used the eye icon to hide the ones which I don't need on the particular colourway), but on the render in shows all three stacked on top of each other...
There is a show/hide toggle option for graphics in the Colorway Mode. Also if you create an Adobe Illustrator document with multiple Artboards you can change the graphic for each colorway.
