#DIY #epoxyresin #cement - Хобби
I don't think you're giving yourself enough credit in the video. Your skills combined with your willingness to roll with the unexpected really paid off.
Isn’t it amazing when creating something that it always turns out different than what you intended? But it’s a good thing !! That is true creativity❤ I love your style.
That bowl is so SWEET.......Slugworth tried to steal it! Very nice Indeed.
I've been wanting to incorporate cement into my business for forever. It's such a sleek modern look. Thank you for getting my wheels turning!
You are welcome! It's a good way to mix things up
@@DIYCreators NO pun intended lol
Excuseme
@@DIYCreators helllo ! can you please tell me one thing i was thinking about it a lot .. please !
is it a strong bond between the this cement and epoxy as compared to wood . will it ever break or just detach from the spot of bond ? please answer thhis … i love watching your videos it really helps ..
thanks brother !
You are one of the only DIY channels which are really DIY without those crazy power tools nobody can effort. I like that!
Absolutely beautiful 🤩. Thanks for sharing 💛
Definitely thinking outside of the box, good job dude.
Thanks!
Super interesting, great project! It looks "doable". Thanks!
A little gold leaf in that seem would look amazing
Nice job sanding, matte is nice also.😊
You’re an awesome and interesting instructor. I love how you have no idea how it will turn out! Great!!
Thank you! That's what makes the journey so interesting 😊
Glen I loved how the cement resin bowl turned out. It reminds me of the ocean's wave hitting the side of a cliff. Love everything you make.
Nice project! The sanding pays off at the end.
That really turned out really nice.
You are so cool, this is how are should be done! I really like you!!!
Much better than an NFT!
This was great. I hate throwing away pretty vases, bowls or platters that ended up in the hands of a child or butterfingered adult. Epoxy resin is the key.
Thanks, good point!
Nice video like to see you build a floating bed
looked fantastic in a matt finish, i see why you polished it up though.
At first, I liked the mat look better, til I seen the polish. That white, snow look of the concrete really knocked it out the park. Very impressive fruit bowl.
Man, you're a good teacher.
You never disappoint man ! Good stuff
I appreciate that!
Amazing work, Glen! It really turned out beautiful! 😃
One idea, in case you want to make more of those, would be to make some silicone molds! That way it would be much easier to remove the bowl from it!
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Yes sir 👍
Thank you! 🥰🥰🥰
Love that matte look
Love what you're doing
I appreciate it.
Thank you very, very much to DIY creators for being absolutely perfect, impeccably flawless and immaculate to the very highest degree! Thank you for being divinely perfect in every single aspect! I am well damn proud to be a subscriber/supporter! Keep on striving from impeccable excellence to absolute perfection!
You sure do good work. This is probably my favorite of your "artistic" creations. The blue and cement color look great together.
Thank you very much!
I absolutely love this!
Would like to see future iterations!
Came out unique and beautiful...👌👏👊💥
Thanks!
No one:

Great job! Great choice on your Cement Mix! ;)
What a FUN project! The outcome is spectacular and you tell me this is your first time doing this? Wow! Impressive! Your "don't sweat it" attitude speaks to your creativity and I'd love to spend a day crafting and creating with you. TYFS this... it's a keeper for sure! Smiles from the Southern California desert, MK 😁🏜
Ha, thanks Emmkaa, I would imagine it would be cool to work with you and many others. Cheers from the US!
That looks awesome.
Cool project! You always outdo yourself Glen! Love it.
Very nice. Almost like kintsugi. I bet that would look nice in the evenings out on the patio with a plant pot inside and surrounded by a run of LED lights shining through the resin.
Thanks, I think it would look good on a patio.
cool idea, i like cement work
Rally good looking project. One of my favorites you have done.
Better than I could make
Very interesting. Good job.
It looks great!
Turned out great man, and great free styling.
Makes me think of the Gold Inlay Kintsugi that the Japanese do with old ceramic bowls, very cool
Very good looking! I will check out your other resin projects. Thanks for sharing your talents!
Awesome idea! Nice job! Thank you for sharing! I have made fountains an all kinds of cement structures but never have tried resin in the plans! Now I know what I’m gonna try next! Thx You rock! Keep posting your work, you have a very creative gifting I think! 🙏🥰

Very nice mate
That looks really cool.
Love the videos man! Keep it up
That is a great looking bowl
Great little project. I use tyvek tape when I do epoxy work good for me you should try it. You can get it at lowes or home depot
Suggestion : finish polish with a mixture of tooth paste and coca-cola. Great for synthetic surfaces.
I make have to give that a try
This looks so dope, nice work!
Great idea. Thank you for sharing

Better than ikea stuff

Great stuff! Thanks for sharing
The key to making good cement is to keep adding water to it until it looks right 😂
I love it!! You should sell these..I want to buy one
Love it 😍
Your a very talented man producing very nice artistic skills. Always look forward to your videos. Blessings 🙏
I appreciate that
Das beautiful!
Wow looks amazing.!!!!!?!?
i love how the title says concert instead of concrete
Amazing man
Nice work! This would be a fun project to try.
Thanks, it was!
Very nice!
I mixed my epoxy with “rock “ free mason mix .. then I mixed mica powder for color. I used this for my shower floor. It worked !!!
Sounds stunning! Care to share details… substrate, thickness, recipe?
@@gr8dvd My recipe was by accident I put the sand in the mixture of the Apoxsee cups for all the colors I put in so that I could stand in the shower I don’t have a recipe I had cups the solo cups filled with the black white and silver and mixed in the sand and started pouring on my shower floor I don’t know how to upload a picture on here otherwise I would try to show you what it looks like

@@ellpat2928 Understand, kinda like my landscaping when neighbors comment I say, design by shovel 😀
Can I recommend that you mount the bowl upsidedown sealing it to a board. Then put your demolding wax on, concrete, then do your epoxy. The problem you are having with bubbles is that the bowl has a pocket underneath. Epoxy is self leveling as long as the surface is level.
Now: Having 2 bowls 1 for concrete and 1 for the final is a good idea! Don't ever forget to use demolding wax or spray, that's an amateur move buddy!
That was so cool thank you🤗
Bravo, j’adore 👌🏽
If you vibrate the mold after pouring the concrete and again after the resin, you'll get rid of a lot of the air bubbles. Use an orbital sander on the sides of the mold right after you pour the concrete, and again after you pour the resin.
I did vibrate it a little, but because I could not see I was not sure how much. I figured there would be micro bubbles, not that large one I shown. I know for next time to put in a bit more effort.
Awesome!
That's a pretty awesome bowl next time would you do me a favor? A set of rubber gloves fill them with fast drying concrete lay them in a bowl pinky over the other Pinky or just as close as you can get them it looks like God's hands when you undo the rubber gloves when it's all dry I didn't see little missy anywhere God bless peace be with you much love and respect
Nice 👍
To be honest, i like there's not to much background music.
Got it!
Good
Nice
Nice😎
Cool 😁

Here you had to dump hot water onto the plastic mold to extract the cement content. 👍👍
nice
