For dealing with tanks, it is important to have good map awareness. Make sure to scout frequently using a combination of hallucinated phoenixes and observers. If you see the Terran player pushing across the map with tanks, try to catch them in the middle of the map. Set up a flank attack if you can. Don't necessarily commit to a fight unless unless you catch their army off-guard, but if you can force the Terran player to siege their tanks once or twice before they make it to your side of the map, you will likely have enough time to warp in an army that can deal with the push.
