+Jesse A (Apple450) No, that is engine assembly lube. I like to put just a little on the bolts that go into the cylinder head as with the extreme heat in the area, I have found using loctite tends to lock up the bolts, making it almost impossible to remove the bolts later on.
way too much oil used here on assembly lol and why didn't you clean the piston top and the combustion chamber. if going to doing something should do it correctly. but they way you did this might as well use the old spark plug too....
airraptor I Appreciate the constructive criticism, however, I don't really think you can use too much oil on assembly, got to make sure when you first start the engine it has something in there to keep the moving parts running smooth. Also I did clean the cylinder and the piston, believe it or not, the piston was caked with 10 times more carbon when I removed it, and I spent a good couple hours cleaning it, that was as much as would come off without using extreme force that could cause damage to the piston/cylinder.
Some light sand paper and oil would have knocked the carbon off easily. By leaving that carbon back on there you increase the compression some and also allows new carbon to stick easily.
Thats because you used Klotz oil. Use a good oil and you will notice very little deposits on the piston. Theres some good videos showing equal runtimes with different brand oils and klotz was by far the worse for deposits out of all of them.
Sbullakis87 bajass Not necessarily, it's a small engine with unspecified torque figures so it would be way too easy to damage either the engine or bolts. Also many of the bolts would be pretty tough to reach with a torque wrench
Aeolus you are wrong Of course and there are specific torque numbers for everything in the motor if you look on Google you will find a table ,there adapters to reach head screws.
@@Sbullakis87 who cares the it’s not that serious and the engine isn’t yours either is it plus the engine is done and it works so your point is invalid and I’m pretty sure he used some sort of loctite on the bolts

I really liked your clip. Great stuff! Thanks for posting.
Thank you for the feedback!!!
Great stuff!
nice vid
good day,
Could you tell me where you put threadlocker on the bolts of the engine not to loosen with the vibration?
Thanks if you can answer me.
Very well done. Thanks! Is that black loctite at the first stages of the build? I see red and blue afterwards..

+Aeolus good to know. Thanks for the tips!
what is the stuff you are putting on your screws before placing them ? :)
+MRJuul100 You mean the loctite?

cool!!
The piston is burned, and it's better to use torque wrench to tighten up the motors bolts

You sir are incorrect. There are definitely specific torque specs for the engine bolts!

please tell me the name of all parts.
2 bolt gang
yo can i send you the specs for the pc im about to build on this youtube page
what grease are you using on you scored
I use 2 stroke engine oil on the bearings, cylinder, and crankshaft, and loctite on the screws.
I use the same 2 stroke engine oil.
Ok cool
Pleaseeeee what is this pipe pls i shearch this exaush ( i am french)
It's the hpi ss tuned pipe. Found here www.davesmotors.com/hpi-87401-hpi-tuned-pipe-w_-hd-steel-header-for-hpi-baja-5b_5t.html
Aeolus haaa i love you ;)
What oil is used for the assembly?
I used Klotz R50 2 stroke Oil

Good vid dude
Piston crown is already bad
That's called carbon deposits the piston is fine
