Kayak, fishing and camping trip on the Clarion River June 2023

We meet our brother and his friends on the clarion river for a 3 day two night float trip. We started a little too late in the afternoon on the first day so we only could fish and float for a couple miles. Fortunately we found a really nice camping spot. It began to rain that night and poured down rain all day the next day. Despite the rain the fishing was still good. We caught dozens of small mouth bass and even a rainbow trout. The non stop downpours proved to be too much for staying another night on the river. We ended the trip early on the evening of the second float day.
