- Carbon handlebars may be commonplace these days, but finding one that has the right blend of geometry (rise and sweep), comfort (stiffness vs compliance), and looks (colors, customizable decals) can be a tall order. Doug asked around the shop to find out what all our co-workers like best, and came back with our top three:

Much appreciated you quickly explained what "Vertically Compliant" meant for handlebars reducing chatter when vertical but not supposed to flex when cornering. Nicely done!

What happened to Niner’s Carbon RDO bars? Did they stop making them? I have their RDO bar and seatpost on my Salsa Beargrease and love them!
Can you get the One Up bar in carbonium? I'm sure you guys sport a box with "Dan" written on it full of busted bars so I would need his take on carbon bars...

If there is anything you do not want about a handlebar, it's a break-down😉.
The shape of the Deity bars made the most sense to me, but I'd want them blacked out if that is an option.
2 years late but they offer a “stealth” option which is matte black text, still legible but much better looking
You missed the best bar in my opinion Renthal fatbar lite on Renthal Apex or DMR Defy stem.
If someone could make a carbon bar with 60 and 80 mm rise 800 wide with 7 sweep i would buy one.
I just bought an Evil offering V1. Are there any upgrades that you would do to the bike to make it significantly better? Asking because you guys are a Evil Dealer.

That totally depends on what you are already running on the bike! Are there any specific pain points currently?
@@FanatikBikeCo I put 2 tokens in the rockshox lyric ultimate and it gets to the last 10% put never bottoms out and it feels really good. The super deluxe ultimate bottoms out, often, I don't have shock spacers, but adding pressure isn't helping with feel. Dry dirt and debris sticks to the paint. I can't just brush it off.
Love my one-ups but wish they would offer 820mm. I hate that a vast majority of bars stop at 800. For a tall and broad-shouldered person I feel even after a lot of time on them they are just a bit too narrow. Any to recommendations for something similar in a 820?
You'll be hard pressed to find many 820 bars out there. None that I'm aware of but I'm sure they exist. The Deity Speedway comes in an 810 width

@@FanatikBikeCo Thanks for the link. I currently am running the Bontrager proline carbon bars that are 820. But smashed them on a rock so I figured I would try something else. But might be back on them if I can't get over the width.
