THIS is exactly the kind of fringe science we need to make sci-fi and pop culture BETTER.
Kacper Blonsky?
I don’t understand the hate behind this movie. God it was so good.
There's no hate. It was just released in the wrong month
I more so see underappreciation rather than hate.
How do you get hate? I almost think you don't know what words mean ...this movie sucked. It can suck without you hating it...
Not liking something does not equal hating it...things sucking doesn't mean we hate it
I feel the same
Better than mark ruffalo
Blonsky fighting hulk in humwn form was the closest thing we can get to hulk vs captain America
It is better than Hulk vs Captain America
I always interpreted the blue serum as one of the samples they managed to reproduce from Captain America's serum.
Wasn’t that vaguely confirmed though?
General Ross got it from a Stark Industries cryo container correct? Stark Industries did have weapon and government contracts with the military, it would make sense that they would help fund Banner’s research into replicating the super serum that Howard Stark oversaw during WW2
It is indeed super soldier serum
@@B-SybrZaku-ThendHaloAirsofting So... even if they have the good stuff... that is like saying cap could beap up the hulk, which... unless you have mjolnir you are fucked.
@@farenhaid13421 well it wasnt just the serum i believe or it just the size increase afforded more strength
It's important to understand that blonsky took the super soldier serum twice in the movie which could explains why his body started to mutate the way it did.
But did he get that shot of penicillin before the serum like Cap did? 😂
The mutation was probably caused by the blood marrow injection
No he only got it once I believe. The first one was the army giving the ripoff serum (which may also be a cause of his mutation) and the second shot you’re talking about wasn’t the serum, it was banners blood(so his blood became a mix of serum and hulk blood)
I think it started mutating because of being injected into the bone marrow too
@@Ultrrraaano, he got the serum twice, once before the university battle. As we all know. And the second came after the battle, when Blonsky was fully healed.
Abomination really went from 1610 to 616 in terms of appearance.
No
He was a lot scarier before. They should've just made him more green and gave him the ears, that's all that was really needed.
It's a pale imitation of the ultimate universe's version of The Hulk where Bruce banner re-injected himself with a perfected version of the super soldier serum mixed with a version of the Hulk serum which made him exponentially more powerful
@@brocKainBetter leave him as he was.
Is this supposed to mean something?
They should’ve kept his old voice with his new body.
I agree. Tim Roth proved that he can provide his range with his voice as the villainous Thade in Planet of the Apes. Talented actor. The voice altering wasn't necessary 😊
Blonsky is one of my favorite characters in the MCU despite only being in one movie. Just to nitpick, the British Military awards the Victoria Cross and not the Medal of Honor, which is a US military award.
Truthfully he was my favorite villain in MCU because his goal and motivation was very simple, understandable and actually relatable WITHOUT BEING sympathetically played. Like he just wants to continue to fight till he dies and then fight wherever he goes. That really did make every time he fought the Hulk more emotionally impactful & invested in than any other phase 1 MCU movie end fight. I also liked how you can actually see his fights with Hulk being structured like matches, especially when Emil says "Pissed off and ready for round 3"
@@user-pm6nx1fs2w honestly yeah Blonsky was my favorite character in that movie and made it awesome for me
@indianajones4321 and you know the funny thing about him in She-Hulk is that, aside from being able to change back an Forth and opening up Abomamaste, is that he's actually pretty much the closest comic accurate version of Emil we will get. I mean the protrayal was bad but that's it. Look at my comment to get the full story
@@user-pm6nx1fs2w definitely, Tim Roth killed it playing Abomination
Not meant he was like the closetest to games voice and look as well man don't I miss that game and the chance to play as him 🤤
One of the best examples that sometimes a new change can completely beat comic book accuracy
They should have just made their own thing
Its not like their can only be one hulk clone I don't get why they seem to just work towards making their movie forgettable
You're more likely to remember someone with a new name then one you already have heard someone named Ryan while your brother is named Ryan will be forgotten
@@Ave_Satana666 I don’t understand what you’re trying to say
@@king_kai28 like what if that named it something different ya know like its not him
I just love how he kept going back and forth with the injection scenes while talking about the injections. Specially cause two of those injections go in the neck.
Something that occurred to me is that maybe the explanation for him changing his appearance could be explained as a evolution of his condition, or something was done to him that while making it possible for him being able to revert to his human self, it also changed his appearance. Kinda like what happened to Beast from First Class to Days of Future Past. In First Class, when he takes the serum to decrease his mutation, it accelerates it making looking more feline while in Days of Future Past, after using the serum to control his mutation so he could appear more like his human self, it also changed his appearance as Beast making him looking more human

Blonsky has always been a monster inside and out. In some comics and media he's a tragic character obsessed with Hulk and his powers. Whether it’s personal gain or to save someone close to him, all he seeks to use it. Disney completely destroyed his character by turning him into a joke for She Woke.
The worst party is she hulk is a fun and good character in comics but the series was atrocious
@@kyomoto2084 they cant respect the originals.. They have to change everything that other people have made so it fits their world view.
I was so excited to see him again only for them completely wasting the character
I don't think She Hulk is canon anymore.
@@JaBr07 nah she's like Deadpool there's no canon to her
The worse thing they did with abomination was put him in that abomination known as she hulk
In an inverted sort of way it's bad
Some Incredible Hulk love is always appreciated!
Would you consider talking about how the Goblin Serum affected Norman Osborn’s physique and physical feats? How much stronger did it make him? Is Norman capable of performing superhuman feats without the Goblin’s persona? What would happen if Spider-Man were exposed to the gas?
Spider-Man would be over powered. Goblin gas+ spider powers. Would make him more powerful than iron man.
"good becomes great, bad becomes worse"
Indeed
I like the "old school" version of abomination, I do, feels a bit of a call back to the old horror movies, like lagoon monster, with those frills on his head.
However, the version here in 2008, feels more fitting the name of, Abomination, because that's more what he is, the malformed spine, feet/legs, ribcage and all that. He is what you imagine a mutation from radiation to sort of be like, with basically no benefits to them, where you no longer have a man, but simply put, an abomination. He's body horror done well in my opinion, and that they took that away from him in the TV series, feels sad and boring.
Hulk generally remains the same, through all the movies, well, 2008 he had more striking features with veins showing, so a bit different, however, still fairly close to what you'd expect of Hulk, no body horror, which granted comics have done more recently, and I love it. Hope they do something like that for movies or a show, it deserves it
Can we just talk about 2008 Incredible Hulk?? The fact they went the Bill Bixby route that was beautiful and later they cameo'd Lou Farigno yet again it was a nice nod
Are we certain it wasn't The Hulk kicking him into a tree that crippled him?
Ain’t no way a tree is doing that much damage to him more likely the kick itself crippled him
Force from hulk plus the tree equals ouchies😂 so both but mostly hulk
it sure wasn't the serum...
@@gregor3145You didn’t say both. You only said the kick itself
@@masemboross4996 then it looks like you have to go bad to the third grade and learn how to read again
I still have the action figure of abomination!

Awesome 💯😎
Me to with the pipe
My man had the super soldier serum and banners blood and still lost to hulk
Lol
I mean it makes sense. Too many cooks in the kitchen spoiled the broth. The Serum fighting banners blood, which could have also been fighting blonsky's blood as they could have opposing blood types. Hulk was a significantly more "pure" creation. No serums or additives or experimental transfusions.
abomination in this movie remind me of resident evil tyrant
The hulk comics was basically one of the inspiration of the RE series of games.

Tbh I prefer the 2008 version he looks more imposing and scary
This movie and the look of both Hulk and Abomination was the best. What marvel then did to them both later is a disgrace.
It's simple, Blonsky was a skrull sleeper agent that injected himself with the supersoldier serum and after that with hulks blood, turning him a superskrull.
Why do you think he always looks like a buff skrull? He's one
damn
The Skrull is good at using the victim card while they silently infiltrate earth.
He's 59?! Damn I can only hope to look that good for that long. Good genes!
Abomination was the best part of 2008's Hulk. Shame about what they did to him in She Hulk. I'm not even gonna mention skaar's hair cut ahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I have always wanted to know this myself can’t thank you enough for this Abomination video. Happy Monday to you
She-hulk was abomination all along. 😔
All his adaptations are where hulk hit him or caused the most damage when he was in human form.
I prefer this version to the comic book version
Same
WOULD YOU STOP SHOWING THE FUCKING NEEDLE GOING INTO HIS NECK AND SPINE!! o god that shit sends a shiver thru me no matter what movie its in

Please explore the green goblin transformation in TASM from 2014
Tim Roth was so good in this film!
He looks very much like a stone fish in my opinion.
Laughed too hard in the theater when hulk makes him kiss a tree 4:00 💀😭🤣😂😅💯
Same😂It was the 1st marvel movie I laughed hard at
That was groot
He was in his early 40s in the movie

This Abomination looks like DC's Doomsday
Movie version, yes, comic version, not so much
Love the channel
i’m pretty sure it’s the same in the comics how he became abomination i think. but basically how anything becomes an abomination is by mixing multiple things together until it explodes. you could call a chemical formulation an abomination if that relates at all i suppose
I don't like Ruffalo hulk that much. Norton and Bana are better.
Same here. I grow up on both. Both are my childhood. Along with little bit of Lou ferggiano. Only hulk in real life version to scare me. Sometimes
Hands down the best hulk movie!!
I can't imagine how painful the transformation was like Jesus i honestly feel bad for him
Just a scratch

Cool video can you do videos about the Indominus Rex and IndoRaptor bodies!?
I had forgotten about the old Hulk movie after this one had came put because I was just so young at the time it didn't stay with me lol I had also played the video game version of this and it was a blast just like the transformers games on the PS2... Some very fond moments that was 😅 it was almost like GTA to me but you were a giant robot.
I also like the old school Incredible Hulk TV show I saw that as a kid too when I was never into the comics as much TV was just the main thing man 😅
This is The Best Hulk Movie with The Best Hulk and The Best Hulk Villain no stupid Fish parts either.
True.
Fish parts make him look like the stupidest villain ever
I love in the movie how he just grabbed a rocket and smashed it against his chest like: “Yeah… That’s not gonna work…”
This design was so damn peak. Clapped the af out of the comic version, way less goofy and way more genetic experiments gone to far.
They still haven’t made a second movie wanted to see red hulk so bad
Shin godzilla is a great movie you might like thanks for the vids
Honestly single-dose Blonsky was amazing. Superhuman strength, speed, reflexes and regeneration. They should’ve stopped there. Also his lack of fat before the second procedure can be explained pretty easily: during extensive regeneration his body simply burnt it for more energy.
Also for Blonsky’s madness there can be another explanation: serum which was given to Captain America amplified personal traits by Erskine’s own words. If they tried to replicate the formula Blonsky could’ve had this effect precisely.
Who else replayed this a lot of times?
You know the most ironic thing about Abomination in the mcu, even now, is that he's now officially the most comic accurate version of him to date outside of the comics.
To you who would either disagree or are too stupid to care to look it up, even after I get done telling you: There was a time in the 90s when Emil was portrayed more sympathetically and went "Good" for a time as protector of the homeless people, and some convicts he broke out of jail, underground in the sewers. He even told children this very Loosely based on a true story Fairy Tail version of his interpretation of how he became Abomination. It's also during this time you find out that he had a wife he hasn't seen since he became Abomination. He tried abducting her while there was mass panic when people were being snapped out of existence and was only talked out of keeping her in the sewers by a super tiny Professor Hulk (NOT the mcu one to you morons who think what you see in the movies is what you'll get in the comics). He even had a job as a literature teacher in the end of this phase, fully covered up of course. And this all started when the Gray Hulk smashed him into toxic waste. It was during this time he became more like a foil to the Hulk than just a dark version. Unfortunately, it was also during this time that he poisoned Betty with his own blood to make Robert as miserable a gamma mutate as him, despite the very blatantly obvious things he wasn't taken into account.
Also MCU Emil lost whatever it was preventing him from changing back to normal
next up: what that kick did to blonsky's body 💀💀💀
Do you think you can do bane from Batman and robin next? I'm very interested in the science behind his transformation
U should consider making a video about Goblin formula and how it upgraded Norman 's strength and why did it drive him insane and give birth to a whole new personality. And how does it compare to super soldier serum
This is the best Hulk movie
Called that man a "Mutant Scab"
May I make a recommendation for a future video?
Bro took a size 46 to the face, he was already crippled
These transformation from one form to another, Hulk, Abomination, werewolves et.al, must be extremely painful.
Cool video..does anyone know the bgm that's playing
One thing I've seen suggested for Blonksy's gaunt appearance in the third act is due to the implementation of his super serum. Lets look at the 3 examples we have.
Steve Rogers got the original formula, and was summarily blasted with Vita-Rays. Became Captain America.
Bruce Banner injected himself with his formula and then exposed himself to what we can only assume to be dangerous levels of radiation. Became Hulk.
Emil Blonksy got injected with a serum made alongside Banners twice and then received a dose of pure Banner blood. Became Abomination.
Emil never got the energy boost, in any form. So from the first injection onwards his body was going through changes he couldn't fuel. After the second dose we see this effect go into overdrive, so his body takes fuel from elsewhere to fuel the massive changes going on in his body.
By the end Emil looks half dead because his body is EATING ITSELF to fuel the changes. Its only when he's exposed to the radiation in Banners blood that the change from Man to Superhuman into Abomination is completed.
The '03 Ang Lee hulk and the MCU debut hulk are the best versions. The '03 for showcasing his strength, and this movie for the intensity
I can’t even be mad at you I watched the entire video thinking I was about to learn something new I blame myself
Maybe it takes time for abomination to evolve from the first stage when he was created from the radiation similar to Hulk's transformation and the super soldier (where Bruce was exposed to the radiation first hand he experienced this surge of power and became the Hulk and his alter ego soon took some changes on how the more he gets angrier the stronger he becomes and grows into a larger proportion of that persona.) but with abomination it's like something with a new born reptile and the super soldier serum that transformed him into something more of a new born beast which there could've been something that made him reptilian unless he was experimented in in his past or it's the effects of combining both super soldier serum and a lethal doses of radiation and Bruce's gamma radiated blood that may have contributed to his transformation.
All i can imagine that in the what if scenario hank pym takes him down too
Abomination's design and CGI looks sick even today
You should REALLY double check the title of this video you made. Abomination didn't do anything to Blonsky's body.........it's the same body. The Serum & transformation is what did the damage. Not Abomination.
He just like me i always wanted to be a monster.
Is the doctor that helped abomination played by the same guy that plays Buster Scruggs he kinda looks like him gap is very much so Buster Scruggs 😂
Yes same guy.
Is just the same scenses over and over again while u talk about it good video but damn same scenes over and over lmaooo

The abomination kinda looks like the swamp thing from DC.
I like the way dude says bone.

As someone who does not like needles, I cannot express to use my hatred of how you kept using the same injecting scene over and over, you could’ve used freeze frames, or comic panels or something, but you kept using the same scene over and over.
so ifthey both can regenerate / heal the fight wouldn't really end

With all those bones breaking im sure he had kidney stones for days

Not the real doomsday ,I’m talking about the mutated zod
The most interesting question is: Why does he lose all his clothing while transforming and the hulk doesnt?
What does the title mean he making it seem like abomination is his alter ego
How many heroes and villains came from trying to recreate Captain America?
Sorry to say but still the best hulk in any move 💪
All about the boidy
I fail to see the reason for show the same scene from the Hulk like, a hundred times.
How many fucking times do you have to replay the same injection scenes lol Jesus christ
Blonsky can control his change now-> if you watch she-hulk.😂
Marvel’s a joke, I’m just gonna enjoy the older movies when villains are actual threats.
I preferred this design for abomination because it looks much more like an “Abomination”
