Certainly a lot of people get hung up on what to say next mid-sentence and a basic transcription should let the model see that the sentence is not finished yet. It's likely more complicated than that, of course.. but I hope they'll put some effort into making the interruptions less likely -- it's maybe the most annoying part of using smart voice assistants like Google, Siri, or Alexa.

Yeah, this is a great point for demonstrating that problem. Normally, dialogue interrupts by conflicting, or hesitant. GPT 5 maybe should include some facial recognition or posture recognition to decide whether the person is in pause of a conversation or it has reached a end of conversation
