    There also was a connection with the B&O and Wheeling . The trestle was there until about 10 years ago. It was behind the sewer plant and Fred Fuller. You can see the sawed off posts when the river is low

      There still is a connection but not via a trestle. Im from Kent Ohio. There's a small track that cuts through the tree line where this train most likely came off the CSX tracks directly behind where the train emerged.

    That was a pretty slick maneuver!! At first I thought the locomotive on the adjacent track was gonna be a helper!!! Nice interchange!! With just two tracks and a crossover😀👌. You probably had more fun listening in on the chatter over the scanner?!

      I assumed that it is an old Conrail locomotive. I've never seen it on the local WLE line.

      After the cement factory the rest of the line is ripped. So at least they still manage to use it at all. So they basically split the train in half. Ibe also seen them shove it in from the rear

      Dissily Mordentroge that's a house track it isn't supposed to be used its mainly for storage and doesn't have to be in good condition, you should be behind bars for your stupidity

    thanks for posting the track is in bad shape

    • @LeeDfined
      @LeeDfined 4 года назад

      It does. After the cement factory those tracks die out, so CSX most likely lets them do trackage right and there is a small spur that links the CSX to ABC/WLE. The other line where you see the bridge overhanging starts in Solon and goes to Akron Ohio where there's a split towards Canton and the other is their mainline towards Bellevue Ohio.
