“Sales” that start in May and end in July are not good deals at all. It’s called deceptive advertising.
The is no sale that makes sense for any of the Milwaukee tools at any of the Home Depot… they are all expensive
Same goes for Dewalt, I quit buying stuff from Dewalt because of their ridiculous prices, and lackluster performance and quality as of late. They've been playing off their name for way too long, and are far behind in performance compared to other brands that are oftentimes cheaper, and quality is usually better..
200$ for a gen 4 impact 2 battery’s and charger is not bad when it is usually 400$ and over 450$ if you get the parts separate
@@InaMoparthat's how they all hook us in, it starts with an impact and/or drill plus battery combo, then they get you on the rest

I went for your advice on the Fathers day sale.... didn't realize on battery was half the size of the other. And the free reciprocating saw I got is not great... that's on me I should have done more research. I'm not unhappy so don't be offended.
Last year it was two 4 ah batteries.
My Home Depot was loaded with the wrong vacuum. None matched the correct item number so they would not sell it as the deal

They really have gotten pretty ridiculous on price. I find myself at harbor freight more and more for power tools. I still stand by Milwaukee being among the best, but I've been in the m18 ecosystem for a long time and I don't think if I had to start over I could afford to go all Milwaukee again.

That Ryobi vacuum is never in stock in my store during this sale.

The stick vacuum? Same here, down in south FL one of the managers told me they've sold more of those ryobi vacuums then every other vacuum combined this year
Yeah, and the day after the sale is over, they will have them in stock in stores and online. It is pretty clear that they only release a set amount for the sale.

The Ryobi HP stuff if you look at the drill/driver and the 1/4" impact specs VS the regular Ryobi models the regular Ryobi has slightly better specs than their so called high performance models you pay more for....a little backwards in their advertising. I can't see paying a lot more for that HP stuff when the stats aren't there to justify any high performance....and Ryobi has never been high performance its an entry level tool line, with tons of tool options that are affordable, I think they should just stick to that rather than trying to claim anything they have is higher performance than the standard model.
I have the regular Ryobi drill/driver and impact, both are fine for a throw them in the truck if I need them tools, and they work just fine around the house. I also have a few of the Ridgid Lineup as well, they do fine around the house too. A couple of relatively affordable tool lines that get the job done without emptying your wallet....unlike the Yellow and Red brands...Milwaukee is good, but like Dewalt their prices have gotten far too outrageous to justify buying any of their stuff....I gave up on Dewalt because of their pricing in the past couple years, and their lackluster performance compared to other brands that cost less.
I just do a lot of DIY/homeowner type projects now, I can't justify all those fancy tools for around the house LOL.

That's great that home Depot has all those sales too bad everything they sell is garbage. There is not one item of interest that you showed me in this video. That's not true I think the LG washer and dryer combo for two grand seems like value for the money depending on which model it is.
