Frozen Chicken Thighs in the Instant Pot Ultra 60

In this easy cooking video, I cook some frozen boneless skinless chicken thighs in my Instant Pot Ultra 60 pressure cooker. I added 1 cup of water to the pot and cooked them for 25 minutes on the pressure cook setting. Then I let the pressure release naturally.
