    It's disrespectful that Spain requires visa to Philippine citizens to enter their country. We never required them anything when they came in and out of Pinas for 300 years, right?

      Perhaps it’s with the Schengen relations with the Philippines that’s why visa is required. Spain is part of Schengen, thus they just follow.

    1 month is too long. A long term visa like student visa is better. You don't need a flight reservation for the student visa.

    What are the chances of getting a tourist visa if the Spanish embassy keeps the passport for a long time?

      Hi. No, the tourist visa can’t be converted nor extended in Spain. It always has to be done in the home country.

      Depends on the purpose. If student visa then 600 euros per month. If 1 year visa inaapplyan mo then 7200 euros

    Pwede po bang language course muna ang kunin like for about 7 months para makakuha ng long term student visa then pag nandon na tska mag apply sa university for preferred course?

    • @ShellyViajeraTravel
      @ShellyViajeraTravel  Год назад

      Hi. I’d say choose already your Spanish university and course rather than doing language school. I heard people getting denied when applying for a visa with a language course/centre enrollment that are less than a year in duration. The consulate believes that you can learn Spanish anyway in the PH (because there’s Instituto Cervantes, etc. in Manila), so why go to Spain. I know it sounds narrow-minded, but let’s just say they already had so many experiences of Filipinos letting their visa expire in Spain then staying illegally here.

    Hello ate, what if american citizen bf is the sponsor? Is it possible kaya to get Spain tourist visa

    • @nhorman0511
      @nhorman0511 3 года назад

      your BF’s nationality and sponsorship has no bearing in acquiring the visa from Spain…and it is the same for all countries. The main plus I see is that they “may” grant you the visa on the basis only if you have a current B1/B2 or K1 from the US (still not a guarantee) since the US and EU countries share international security checks which is a big part of getting a visa. hope this helps and goodluck….
