Yah the reverb is the worst dropper I have ever used! Bought it new and it became useless about a week later. got sticky and even after a full service it still just stopped working completely and had to throw it out bucause SRAM wouldn't take it back
Love the channel and loved (and miss) the riding in Bellingham. Is Sully still living at the base of Lake Padden trails? Grew up in White Rock and Lake Padden was our go-to for xc loops. Mind you this was 30 years ago. Morning espresso shots at Sullys and then up the fire road to the top. Great times. Keep up the good work! Hope you had a good time in Whis
I was afraid of weight until I realized it doesn't hurt my kind of riding. I ride dh casing tires now and thinking about cush core. Feeling the burn on those hills is not a bad thing when I have more fun/opportunities to shred.
Great video! Really helped me out. Ironically the deciding factor for me was exactly what you called into question: I need that extra bit shorter insertion length :D Cuz what use is a 200mm dropper if I can't insert it all the way and end up having to shorten the travel down to 195 or 190? -> I am actually a bit annoyed that this isn't a standard measurment that they tell you about in the specs... some companies don't even list it on their own websites. Weight saving is also very nice: Normaly you have to pay about 1€/gram, so that's cheap weight savings.
Will the fox 36/38 mud guard by available for shipment to spain any time soon ? If not do you know some were that I can find one. Wood love to see your shop shiping to my home cuntry Barcelona (Spain). Love the videos!!
Due to dealer agreements, Fox dealers can not ship Fox products outside of their country. Unfortunately, you will need to source your Fox parts from a dealer within your home country.
I have a question, this doesn't have anything to do with this video but i figured you may know the answer, I just watched a video stating that you can save weight by removing the centrifugal clutch weights from behind the Cassette, is this true? it came from a channel that in my opinion is pretty knowledgeable. Would their be any repercussions from doing this? Thanks
Hey one year ago you tested the Marzochi bomber cr. Currently i am planing to buy a new coil shock and cant decide between the Marzochi and the RS Super Deluxe coil ultimate. What do you think is better in performance?
The Super Deluxe has a better damper, but more adjustments. If you take the time set up the Super Deluxe, it will perform quite nicely. Please give us a call or shoot us an email and we can help you further! (360) 306-8827 // sales@thelostco.com
I have an 11 speed Shimano drivetrain and I’m looking to convert to 12 speed, are there any ways to do this without completely replacing the drivetrain?
Either stick with M5100 11 sp that practically has the range of the 12s cassettes (11-51T) or use a SunRace cassette with any combination of M6100/7100/8100 RD & shifter. This way you don't need to replace your rear hub or wheel, as all 12s Shimano Cassettes will require a micro spline rear hub.
Reverb B1 crapping out at 1yr. PNW at top of list. 👍

Thank you for actually explaining some things instead of spouting off specs.
I bought a 'Rainier' from you guys a few months ago. Love it!!
Love to hear you are enjoying the post. Thanks for your support!
Hi. Could you tell does the Rainier dropper have any lateral play?
@@alexandrkosarev5736 No lateral play at all. I use it for cross country racing and there have been no issues.

Oooh!! Didn't realise there was a Loam dropper. I like the idea of matching my lever's rubber pad.
been waiting for this! My question is how does the Loam's return speed compare to the One Up's return speed?
Loam is totally worth.

Is there any chance of these dropper seat posts collapsing while you're sitting?
Is the Loam the Cascade with a new name I have the Cascade and the features seem to be similar.

Hi. Could you tell does the rainier dropper have any lateral play?
How does the stack height compares between the two?
does the silicone band act as a grip to remove the seal nut for servicing?
The Loam band is all aesthetics
The band actually does make it easier to grip
Just waiting for neuralink axs.
The Rainier in 34.9 looks like the upper tube (the stanchion) is thicker than the Loam Dropper so looks better IMO

@@dtolios cheers, honestly there’s honestly not much point in upgrading to 12 speed anyway
