    I thought that talking about fitting into clothes was vanity but I know EXACTLY what you're talking about being comfortable in the clothes you wear and what a struggle it was to wear things that were uncomfortable - pulling and tugging on my shirt, etc. It's not vain to want to be comfortable in the clothes you wear - or having trouble shopping for clothes bc you have to go to certain stores that were typically more expensive. Having lost weight, now I can fit into regular clothes and find comfort at a reasonable price and that's a nice place to be. Congrats on your success and thank you for sharing your story!

    • @PokoMoonFam
      @PokoMoonFam  Месяц назад +1

      Yes, exactly. I used to HATE jeans with a passion because they were so tight, even when I would go to Torrid and get a larger size. It’s different to feel comfortable in not my own clothes, but my own skin. Thank you for commenting. I can relate so much.

    Oh my goodness when you said how you and your husband used to have an attitude with each other but that's gone and how it's related to how you were feeling, that was the BIGGEST Surprise for me eating this way. It's crazy how much our personality changes due to our diet!

    • @PokoMoonFam
      @PokoMoonFam  Месяц назад +1

      Yessss! This is exactly it. I feel when you eat carnivore, you go under so much different changes. I think JT and I both are more positive now and we are able to talk about things a lot more constructively and for the first time ever I really can’t remember our last argument. So it’s a blessing. Our marriage has improved drastically and I credit that to us both doing carnivore.

    I do the same w/steak fat in the air fryer~ also mostly steak, some bacon here & there, an egg yolk- or 2 or 3- & once in a while I make a little alfredo or holandaise. I also eat once a day, also have a coffee w/cream in the morning~ down from 3 or 4, plus diet sodas all day. Just good, clean water- sometimes w/some salt or iodine.
    I started eating this way about 3 yrs ago, during "active"phase of menopause~ all the symptoms of that; hot flashes, sadness at losing that part of my life & all the stuff that goes w/that~ which carnivore greatly improved.
    I lost zero weight the first 18 mo's, which was grueling, but kept at it because of the other amazing changes~ my husband was healing & dropping weight that wasn't serving him, getting rid of meds, etc. Health & longevity become even more important as we get older, so that was motivating too.
    I did finally see the scale start moving- Yay!- & at 58 yrs old, I truly do feel like I'm slowing down the aging process. Pretty cool. Truly identify w/what you share here, which goes to show how universal so much of this is~ also super cool.
    May God continue to bless your efforts lovely Anna, may He multiply and protect those efforts as well~ in Jesus' name. The peace we have is obvious, would not trade it for anything, ever, it's a huge gift!🕊~Sammy in AZ
