Thanks for the great tips. Just ordered a Hogg Father double pin and what I've learned here should making the process of sighting it in much quicker and headache free.
Good stuff. I was shooting a double pin and now got a 3 pin on my Tommy Hogg. One thing I do to be more precise is if I have a tape that's good at short range but off at long range is I figure out where I need to be at a given distance, say 80 yards, and if my dial has to be at 84 yards to hit center I'll take off that tape and see which tape matches up at 80 lined up against that one at 84. If you can stretch it out to 100 and shoot well enough it'll be even more precise on your tape.

Maybe you can help me I got the hogg father triple stack. My problem is I did the whole set up and either one sight tape has me spot on from 20 to 60 but low 70 to 100 then the next tape puts me high 20 to 60 and spot on 70 to 100. I am frustrated any advise would help. Tia keep up the great content.
Try moving the sight in or out one position on the dovetail. The reason the tapes are off is they work on a scale but at further distances arrow efficiency comes into play a lot more.
Try archers advantage for a more accurate tape
Any suggestions for using the multi-pin and hitting a good foot to the left at 20 yards?
Could be a lot of things. If your pins are lined up with a nocked arrow and your bow string and you're hitting a foot to the left at 20 it's likely a tuning or grip issue.
@@KnightsoftheApex I called and talked with a rep at spot hogg. Got it figured out. There is a bracket that needed flipped around.

Which way on the micro licks?
Clockwise moves the sight left and counter clockwise moves sight
to the right.
