This is incorrect. And don't get me wrong I have and love the product but there are a few incorrect details here.
    1. It's not silent, it does make some noise, it does has a fan. It is not as loud as HDDs based NAS for sure.
    2. It does not have PoE. Not sure where you got that from.
    3. You can use a parity disk instead of replicating data for "backup" that's actually how you get the max 20TB (6*4TB disks, using 1 as parity disk)
This is a great product and very accesible. Loved the whole video, just those details are important for people in the market to know.

@gallardoedgar - I'm looking to get this product.
know the 8tb are insanely expensive.. I saw on the products details, it possible to do 6*8TB ?
Any recommendations for the Sata SSD / Nvme ? Samsung, Crucial, WD Red, something else ?

I got mine a couple of days ago and do not have a fan. It is super silent, and it does run hot (in my opinion), between 115F and 122F. I do not like that at all.

Man I wish there was a version of this with 10gb networking, if it did I'd get one to play around with even though I'm more of a DIY guy but can't really complain at that price.

I thought unraid had trouble detecting more than one of this type of storage, at least a couple years ago.
