@@zahorushi2277 I can share some that helped me 1 * plan towards it 2 * Be Frugal and minimal on spending ( don't buy why you don't need) 3 * save towards retirement 4 * Build an emergency fund 5 * save to invest. This is most important because it's a proven way to get richer very important to financial success

I'm no expert but I'm guessing 90's-2000's construction? I'm in a 1951 myself and it desperately needs remodeling (it's mostly original plumbing, electrical, etc.) so maybe that's why RUclips recommended me your video lol.
