I'm 22 and im just stressing about it because I didn't grow up with much and the one thing I want is my own house. is your house in London? also could you do a video on saving, how much your deposit was and how much your monthly mortgage repayment is? just money management in general because you'll obviously need to invest in furniture and other things!!!! I was smiling the whole way through. If you could also recommend where to look for houses because as of right now I just scroll through websites like rightmove and zoopla so it would be helpful if you could let us know where you bought from. your house is absolutely stunning!!!!
Thank You😊…. Firstly I started saving for my house at 23! So I’m very proud of you girl, good head on your shoulders. I plan to do a mortgage story as my journey was a bit complex, I found out that I’d had a default on my credit record literally after apply for a mortgage in principle… which then meant I had to pay a 20% deposit as opposed to a 10% deposit… which was literally the ghetto😂 meaning I had to go for a cheaper house than I could initially afford & also dictated the area where I bought as house are more affordable where I bought! I’ll do saving & budgeting videos … the lot & if you must know I saved just under 40k but my help to buy isa bonus brought it to 40k..I did not buy in London, far from… I bought in The North West of England… so without being specific that’s the greater Liverpool/ Liverpool , Greater Manchester/Manchester, Cheshire, Cumbria , Lancashire regions… please share the video as I will be making the mortgage content once I’ve better engagement xxx
