I replace the fuel injector and gas flood the bottom where the injector are when I started it up. Did I not push something in right or do I need something new? S.O.S.
i am so glad i am old hoping the vehicles i drive last the rest of my life. I do not own a drive my wire, no electric steering and no direct injection. all have throttle cables and a regular ignition switch .
I have same exact problem with my cruse brought it to my shop and the mechanic said that I have a a broken part in the piston wall, but I looked up and my cars not over heating, should I just change the injector? And show them your video,
I think i used a slide hammer or pry bar. You have to be very careful and you have to resize the injector seals. They are not reusible and must be resized when installing. Also you CANNOT scratch the surface the injector seals on or the head is ruined.
You should never clean them with a wire wheel. GDI injectors have very specific spot on the piston they need to spray and if you cause any damage to the tip you cna create hot spots
Thanks for sharing Rob. Always appreciate an informative video. See you on the next one 👍
Thank you for the support.

Sounds like a bad oring if the injectors are seated all the way. You also cannot reuse the seals on the injectors.
NOT BAD ,,,,,,,, THANKS FOR YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!!!🙏👍👍👍
Thank you for taking the time to watch.

The only issue with older cars is getting good parts and finding reliable information. All the tips that are not published are disappearing.

Also could it just be cabon biuld up ?
If a part of your piston is broken then you need to replace the piston or motor.
Ahh true thanks man

@RobertDotterer ok thank you! Very much appreciate you taking the time!
You may clean this in a wire wheel, and after in an ultrasonic bath if the winding is good

Also these injectors are so cheap from. The dealer it is not worth cleaning.
How long did it take for it to relearn and go back to normal
A few minutes of drive and the car learns everything.
great video thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Which Autotel Diagnostic tool is that?
Autel and snapon. They are linked in the description.
I didn’t even see him take it out cause I’m having a hard time taking cylinder 1 out
My video isn't how to videos, they are directed more for technitians working in the field.
Do you need a computer to do this 🤔
You really should have one.
OH MY GOD
I hope this was your mother's car 🤣🤣🤣
It was a customer
You put the wrong injectors in that car
Probably generic injectors
How did I put the wrong injectors in?
I don't use aftermarket injectors. You can clearly see the GM bags in my video.
