- In this video my Korean mom shows us how to improvise and cook doenjang jjigae (fermented bean paste soup) intuitively using ingredients that she already has at home. Typically I make this Korean hot pot using beef and potatoes but we didn't have any on this day so we used radish and anchovies instead and it was so delicious. Also technique-wise I learned how she prepares the jjigae in a way I never even thought which was quite interesting. Hope you enjoy the video!
