Wow I never thought Aaron will review a gaming phone. This phones specs is way more advanced than any iPhones except for the SoC. 165hz, big battery,67W charging brick, headphones jack, built in cooling fans, air trigger button and thermal coolings. With price tag half of any flagship.
This phone is $1250 for transparent including tax and shipping, and an IPhone 13 is about $2K and the pro max is 2.5k CANADIAN DOLLAR I belive.

The 3.5mm headphone jack position is not at the suitable place. Try place it at the bottom on right like rog phone. Beacuse currently it disturb player to play and push the shoulder button on the left.
Just use it for music and use the red magics wireless headphones
As much as I am excited to give this phone a whirl, I'm worried that I will be limited in options for phone service providers that will be compatible with the phone as I heard as much for the Red Magic 6, where it didn't have certain bands from providers available for it.
While I intend to use this for gaming, I do also want this to talk to other people, so I need to ask as someone from central Minnesota:
Will this phone work with most service providers that would be available in my area?
In not, which in particular will work with the 6S Pro?
Any help would be very appreciated.

Does the phone even work in the US? I know at&t and T-Mobile works for rog phones for like the 5G but does red magic work on them too?
I have a redmagic 6 pro and it works perfectly fine on tmobile. At least in my area.

Not sure we could even get that here as Sony phones aren’t really a thing in the USA. But I would be happy to if they sent it to me to check out and return.
Have Sony phones gotten better? I used one about 4 years ago and it was absolutely terrible, it was one year old when it started going crazy (weird stripes on screen, vibrating non-stop for no reason) then it went into a boot loop and died. I switched to iPhones after that fiasco
I do Uber eats on my motorcycle and need a phone that doesn’t overheat when it’s warm or sunny outside, I wonder if this with the fan on and the refresh rate low could be a solution….
I would think it’s fine for that. It doesn’t get too hot even when gaming without the fan
The fan doesn't stay on when you close the screen. I have the redmagic 6 PRO.

@@Quamaz yah they all went to 720hz touch sampling, internal cooling fans (that actually work), red magic has official 165hz screen... rog phones re just old news with inferior hardware. Only thing they got left is 6000mAh battery, where legion duel 2 is very close

Sorry, but the UI on this phone for the gaming features is insanely sloppy. Look even at 9:58, the "Functions Allocations" option is cut off, not only is it that but the whole design looks like a cheap mock-up that you would make in college. Compare that to the ROG Phone 5 and Black Shark 4 UI and it makes this look like a toy. Also this is the fourth time Nubia has had the chance to change up the design but it looks exactly the same as the 6, 5S, and 5G apart from some different patterns, the software is also notorious for being plagued with bugs.

Go compare the last 3 Redmagic phones and check and see if the camera positions have changed between the 6S 6 Pro 5S and 5G, if a phone looks good it won't change its design as much, but the Redmagic looks like a phone from 2013 with its camera placement, and the current ROG looks different f rom the previous ROG Phone 3.
And please man miss me with that BS, i've owned a Redmagic phone in the past and it was plagued with bugs from even simple calling functions not working. Go check the forums and you will see complaints after complaints.
I'm not asking for too much considering Blackshark has made a phone that is in a similar price bracket but doesn't have as many issues.
