    What a living platform! They say you cannot have it all, but this is a really nice looking mix of space, comfort, luxury and yet great distance making performance. Congrats to the team at Longreach and to Russ and Margy!

    Russ mention he had a "rough" plan for the future. Traveling to Japan and on to Alaska. What's the travel distance of this boat? Any chance he could share his potential stops / layovers for the that trip. I'm curious of distance and diesel availability in those regional areas.

    34kw at 24 volts really isn't a lot. All systems now are judged by 48 volt. so it's really 17kw at 48volts( 51-58V).I am not sure why they are still using 24 volt systems for inverters and batteries. They are not as efficient and need 2 times bigger wire which means more weight and cost.
