New aquatic facility comprised of entry, control, admin, staff amenity, multipurpose room, viewing area into indoor pool hall consisting of multipurpose pool (5 lane 25m, program pool with ramp and stair) concourse and deck showers, associated plant, female and male change and amenity, accessible amenity, family and adult change. Outdoor elements include 8 lane 25m pool, waterplay, shade structures, grassed areas.
