Is this the same property that has “River View Junior Suites” or is this a totally different hotel in general? I can’t figure out how to book these rooms.
Thanks for watching and great question. This is the largest hotel in Chicago and consists of a West and East Tower both connected by a bridge on the second level. The East tower is where the lobby and restaurant are and this tower has the River View Junior Suites which aren't renovated. In fact the entire East Tower is awaiting renovations and hasn't been renovated yet. The entire West Tower though has been fully renovated and that's where this room was. Look for the Premium rooms and the Premium Suite River view rooms to get one of the updated rooms in this tower. If you don't see the Premium rooms they may be sold out on those dates and you can try different dates to see them listed on hyatt dot com. It is all the same hotel.
