Man, I just completely dislike this house. No windows on the side of the house that has the money-shot view of the city, a big-ass pile of trees ruining the view from the patios on the next side, and a 10-foot-tall hedge ruining what is left of the view from the third side. Honestly, I don't care what the interior looks like. The poor planning and setup of this house tells me that there is no way that it is worth $110M, even with its premier location. If they cut the price by 50%, it could (I stress COULD) be worth it so that you could tear down that windowless prison building and put up something that allows sunlight and fresh air to come in from all sides. (Keep the cool-looking garage/studio/apartment thing out back though. I dig that.) EDIT: I just looked on the map and realized that this house isn't anywhere close to overlooking the city. It has no views at all. What kind of shit were the agents of this house smoking to think that it would sell at anything above $50 million? I thought this house literally had a view out over Los Angeles, and was basing my assessment on a premiere location. But this is tucked back in one of the canyons surrounded by mountains on all side. In the world of Beverly/Holmby Hills super-mansions, this thing is a total turd and by far the worst "pipe-dream pricing" I have seen. Just wow.
