Some people have described Beverly Park as a Stepford-type neighborhood. Interestingly, and a lot of people don't know this, but there's actually North Beverly Park and South Beverly Park, and the two are actually separated by part of a street named Summitridge Drive, which has nice houses but not like these, that isn't gated.

And I've always wondered why real estate brokers always deliberately try to confuse people into thinking that Beverly Park is a part of the city of Beverly Hills, when in fact, Beverly Hills is a self sufficient city of its own within the city of Los Angeles, it has its own police department, its own fire service and other emergency response services, it's power lines, water supply units and school districts separate from the greater Los Angeles', it even has its own Mayer and conducts its own voting and elections too.
Northern Beverly Park and Southern Beverly Park however, as well as the many other nearby gated communities such as the Beverly Hills Post Office, Beverly Glen, Mulholland Estates, etc are all just adjacent to Beverly Hills, and to each other, found within close proximity to Beverly Hills and also shares the iconic postal code *_90210_* with the city of BH but is by no means a part of BH, as they surely aren't within the city's gates and neither utilizes the city's private services nor its amenities. They all are individual gated estates who share same zip code (90210).
I guess these details are known only by residents of LA or the serious would-be home buyers.
This is empty because Many of the owners are Billionaires, they travel a lot in their private jets. This is just one of their mansions, that stay here when they are visiting Beverly Hills.

That's not his house the house was renovated by the current owner and the previous owner was Mr Cutt, a retired businessman who is 70+ years old! And sold it in 2005 for 4 million and moved to Florida!
Mr. Silo, stop Boycotting my post with lies. I bought the house in 2004 from George Meyers and then I sold it to Billionaire Steve Hazy, that also owns #67 Beverly Park Court. Sold it to him in October 11 2005 for $4,050,000. He put the house in his company name. Check with city records before you write your lies. And for your information i prefer to live on the hill, because I had the beautiful city mountain and Ocean view that the Mansions below in Beverly Park don't have, plus I saved thousands in HOA fees per month.

I was on top of Beverly Park, I liked it better, because of the nicer views, and really had my own gate and was more private, with out having the guards know how is going in and out and I could throw parties with out the Neighbors or HOA bothering me. I sold it, in October of 2005, I regret selling it.

they are beautiful, there is no doubt but the way the trees and hills cover so much makes them seem secluded and isolated. I am sure that is what celebrities want, their privacy. Nonetheless, I was not left in awe of those homes, or jealous. They are Huge white elephant homes in isolated wealthy neighborhood. I am more of a Highland Park in Dallas kind of guy. U see them and they flow from one to another without being so hidden and lonely. It is more open. Yet you know you are where the rich people are. Here you are where the celebrities are. not impressed. I guess I expected more from BH.
You don’t even know what you’re talking about because this isn’t the only neighborhood in Beverly Hills. Beverly Hills flats and Trousdale Estates, you’re able to see the homes. The architect that created beverly hills flats created Highland Park in Texas later on.
