I’m the kind of guy that will never install a speaker system in my Bike ! Very recently purchased a bike that had them , boy was I pleasantly surprise ! They sound great I will never take down .... My is probably and older version MC420, those little things rock !
I wired mine up today and the volume is very low with phone and volume knob all the way up ? Any help
where did you mount the volume knob?
Strange that this Boss video references specific page numbers in the manual for the relay installation diagram when my manual has no such diagram. Also, the quick setup guide says it doesn’t include a toggle switch when it does. Get it together, guys! Thankfully you have the diagram in this video at least. My other concern is that your manual explicitly says to disconnect Bluetooth when using the AUX input and yet there are exactly ZERO Bluetooth controls. There isn’t even a pairing or power button. No way to reset paired devices either. I guess it only enters pairing mode if it doesn’t see a previously paired device?
Anyone got a video on they wired them?
Always wire your accessories thru a relay that send the power directly from the battery to the amp or lights (or whatever accessory you are wiring) Then using any wire that's triggered by the switch to activate the relay. That way you won't accidently leave the accessory on when the bike is shut off and drain the battery.
So are these identical to the 420's but with a built in amp or? My buddy said he can hear his at 90mph without a windshield. I'm working on wiring mine now super stoked.
Did they end up being good?
How'd they turn out?
They sound amazing the ones with built in amp that is. Can def hear at at 80+
Can you tell me how to wire them, I don't know anything about electronics.
@@henrymetzger9951 Which speakers you talking about ??????
They sound great but the mounting hardware is terrible. It took me longer mounting the speakers than anything else. Ended up having to cut each wire and removing one of the two nuts from each speaker.
Worst how to video on the web....unless that was your goal, then hands down the best.
Some one got an Amp dyno ?
How eliminate noise on my speakers?
They allways say there 3" but there really 4" also come up with a sub add on!!!
600 watts 😅😂🤣😅😂🤣😅😂🤣. Does any of your amplifiers EVER make the wattage stated?
Literally a waste of time watching
It's the same limited information available on the paperwork in the box.
I dunno… my quick quick setup says it doesn’t include a toggle switch when it does and my manual doesn’t have the relay diagram the video claims is on pages 4 and 5. At least the video gives us the diagram. ;) Pretty weird that there’s no pairing button and no way to reset pairing data but no one ever mentions that.
they soud like a can......no bass
My opinion of the speakers I bought two sets of I have took both sets of my bike and threw them away the chrome come off of the speaker volume knob which working open on switch quit working so I recommend people do not buy this product addressed a waste of money
Mounting hardware is a joke. The absolute worst. The money you save you'll spend in time and aggravation.
Absolutely uninformative
How
What a waste of time! The video was just as bereft of information as the paper in the box. Didn't answer a single question.
and whats it sound like ? what a waste of time .
