It is time, once again, to delve into another beloved cartoon and see what incredible personal help we can take away from it! Dr. Picani takes another set of clients on a journey through the wonderful world of Avatar: The Last Airbender, a story about a world saved by individuals who had to go through their own struggles with self-worth. Hopefully, their stories will provide insight into how to work on one's own self-worth here and now! Enjoy!

it honestly feels like it isn't Thomas Sanders I'm watching but Emile Picani, at the end of this episode I briefly thought that it was weird to watch a Thomas Sanders video without him in the video, and then I immediately reminded myself that he is Emile, he was in the video. I just want to praise your amazing acting, from your first Sanders Side video to now, it doesn't feel like I'm watching you act as multiple character, rather that I'm watching multiple characters that are so distinct from one another that I don't even notice that it's your face.
So true, even when watching Sanders Sides bloopers it still seems like each character is his own individual person and not Thomas playing a part

I love how everyone on the planet agrees that Avatar: The Last Airbender is a masterpiece.
It’s like, the best show ever.
The fighting looks really good. It’s actually accurate to martial arts. The animation is really pretty.
The story’s are amazing. It’s hard not to cry during Tales of Ba Sing Se. The characters grow and develop. The end is planned from the beginning. (Note Azula in The Storm and lion turtles in The Library) Even semi-filler épisodes are really entertaining.
Racial diversity! Not just in the on screen characters, but in the cast as well!
The history makes a lot of sense. Compare the technological state of the fire nation with that of the earth kingdom. Then compare the economic states of the two nations.
Characters like June are really cool and show up not a lot. Just proves how great they are. The introductions to the characters are well made. You get Azula’s nature in 60 seconds. You
Okay, the music rocks. It’s all very eastern in style. It has a lot of rhythm to it.
It’s spiritual, but not religious.
Did I mention that the story is very well done? Seriously, it’s the greatest show of all time.

Given the atla reemergence, I decided to give this another watch. I completely forgot the 'its possible, I'm not as worthless as I think I am' was from this episode not the su one and wow. Two years ago that actually resonated with me for the first time, and here I am two years later feeling generally better about my self worth after internalizing that.

I wish my therapist was Picani, I'd love to bring cartoons into real life like this and talk through my feelings in a different way than normal therapy does.

I would like to let u know that competition gets INTENSE. Like, at my competition we started yelling our troupe number at each other across the whole friggin auditorium. But at the same time, it was like a cooking show where everyone is so polite and wants the other to win and lose at the same. But, at the same time we were belting at the top of our lungs to beat the other out. It was a lot of fun.

I came back after watching all of the series on Netflix and let me tell you, cartoon therapy hits different when you actually watch the show.

@@crowlowin4330 well I guess he didn’t break any laws (I just phrased it that way to be dramatic) but he was unprofessional. I wasn’t hating on him though, I know he wasn’t trying to act like a real therapist. I just don’t want people to think that’s what a real therapist is like, ya know?

Talyns character Kai at the beginning is basically me when forced to go to a therapy session. But then again my therapist was awful and didn't help at all and I benefited more from not going to her anymore. But if Thomas was my therapist I would go to the sessions in a heartbeat.
