I loved that 101!!! 😃👍❤️ Yes, contour and bronze is somewhat confusing and you’re right with the blush! I don’t watch many YT, just don’t have the time, but saw one lady in “our” age group that seems to be connected to the theatre and said that if you put your blush where the “younger generation” does, for us it makes us looking old!! And thats a trick from the theatre - found that super interesting 😉

I look much better with short hair but I'm still wearing my covid hair. Its getting long but I'm too old for this long hair and besides that I've always looked younger in short hair so people have told me and at this point I need all the help I can get from hair and makeup. Thank you for clarifying contour vs bronzer - I makes sense now. As for blush, I lightly brush over the upper eye because I use fairly cool eyeshadow and it seems to bring my face more unity. If you use pink a lot, you probably don’t need it.

You are most welcome!😇 You absolutely can contour your nose...draw a line down either side of the nose and then once you get to the end of your nose, create a downturned arrow at the tip. Then just blend the lines😍

hello my friend, thank you for this video, personally I do not use the contour (like a lot of French) on the other hand the bronzer yes especially the soleil tan of chanel and the guerlain which for me is a must and of course the blush which me spice up my 52 year old skin ha ha ha

I'm very happy that you picked up some new tips to try and have found some products of interest🤗 Ok, so cream blushes....there are 3 that I love: Nudestix Nudies Bloom, Tarte Breezy Cream Blushes and Milani Cheek Kiss. These formulas give you time to blend out the product and really melt into the skin but stay throughout the day. Now the brush to apply is key for me. Get the Luxie 522 Tapered Highlighter brush and you will have perfectly blended cream blush every time😘

I would love for my hair colorist to do the same color on my hair. My hair is medium brown. I have some gray hair underneath, but, not too much. What color bronzer or contour do you recommend for tanned skin?? I get a tan in the summer months. But, I'm very pale looking in the winter months. I live in Houston, Texas. Thank you! I appreciate it!! 💖
Let's see....The Wayne Goss Radiance Boosting Face Palette in Satin Bronze would be a great as it has a matte contour shade and a satin bronzing shade. That is my current go to on my tan skin and I'm loving it! Another one to check out would be the Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer in "Deep Bronzer" or "Sculpting Bronzer". Even though these have a slightly satin finish, I think they can also work as a contour. Hope that helps!😘

How do you stop your foundation from moving when putting them on?
If you are applying cream products, you want to use light strokes with your brush to blend them in or tap in with your fingers. Now, certain products are better than others....some will remove your foundation no matter how light of touch you have. If you are applying powder products, be sure to set your foundation with a layer of translucent powder first and then add your blush, bronzer, etc. This will prevent the foundation from moving😊
What brush set is a good starter set (lol- I’m 46 and don’t have a brush set)
Ooo, good question! I'll give you a few recommendations and then depending on your budget, you can decide which is best.
BK Beauty, Luxie and Sigma have several brush sets with either a combination of eye brushes or face brushes or both. Morphe is a little more affordable but I like to just buy individual brushes from them.
