I bought the MUSE headband 2.5 weeks ago. I’ve used it every day sometimes multiple times per day. I have ADHD and SAD. I’ve never had a more peaceful and quiet head. My thoughts are more clear and I sleep so much better. I’m 52 and haven’t been so focused. Working through your program for SAD. It has been so helpful but never thought the MUSE would help so much with my ADHD.
Thank you for looking out for us that struggle day to day. You are much appreciated.

Stay the course, my friend💪 If you are inspired we started a new Brain Training 101 Community Program that would be a great fit for you. You get live meetings with me and my team. Hello, Regarding that qeeg brain map you mentioned in the video, is it going to be a 19-channel one? I have read multiple documents saying unless the qeeg is a 19-channel one, there would be no way to diagnose accurately what part(s) of the brain work in anomalous way.

This is not 19-channel but we can see a lot of data and do not need a 19-channel to give you an in-depth overview. We consider things that most neurofeedback practitioners do not. It is worth it. If you have one from someone else and would like Dr. Leigh to review it, we do charge half the price. Jamie Neuro-coach @drtrishleigh.com

Where and how does one get this qEEG done? Seems like one of those things that’s gonna be unattainable for 99% of people who could use it.

Nevermind, the whole thing reeks of scam.

It’s not. I follow one of her programs. I use a MUSE headband for the last 2.5 weeks. I’ve never had more focus, a more quiet brain and good sleep than I have in my 52 years on earth
