There’s another alternative I’ve been using called: “Screen Zen” for quite some time now. I’m on iPhone but that app could be available for Android too

You need another app to help you not to use the app you have the habit of using? Just uninstall the app you're addicted to, simple. This whole subject of productivity is being turned into yet another chore. People just need to have some self control without an app telling you how to have self control. 🙄
I liked it but sadly I struggled with setting up some non english apps.. As if they were not supported. Which is a boomer since these were the ones engaging with me more than facebook etc. I also disliked how complicated it was to set up. So i deleted it

I just bought the app for an entire year, but it is just another piece of s**t. Sorry, but no go! It is so bad that if I set a usage limit for a specific app from the standard iOS feature, one sec believes I am actually using that app if I try to start the limited app outside of the limit. And the fact that I have to set a shortcut for every single action, what?! Hell no!

I do the same by locking those apps and everytime I use password, I remember that I am supposed to use the less. It works good.

IOS version has cool capabilities, though isn't working on older devices (15.6 and previous).

Best One, Is there any chrome extension that does the Exact same thing which this app does, that Makes me to wait few seconds before watching any another video on RUclips. Basically making me to think again, whether to watch the next youtube video or not
So now am going to waste 21 hours looking at one sec. I could have used the phone quicker and placed the phone down to better utilize the time saved.
