If I havent studied the content yet (in this case, benzene) should I tell the interviewer I am yet to learn that in class?

Yes that would be a good idea, but I would say still try and have a go!
That shows you are willing to try, so something along the lines of “I’ve not studied this yet in class, but if I was to make an educated guess I would say” and then state whatever you think. The interviewer will likely then provide additional info about the topic area and help you along; getting to the final answer in these types of situations is almost unimportant, it’s better to keep going and responding positively to their new info!
      Hope this helps 👍

Are the answers to the questions available?

Unfortunately not, but you should be able to find the answers out by asking a teacher or researching on the internet as this is where they have been taken from. I purposely left them off to avoid cheating when practicing. I hope this helps 👍

If I don't do physics as a subject, is there still a chance that I would be asked a physics question in the interview?

Nope not at all! They can only ask you things you would have likely studied- so GCSE physics maybe, but a level definitely not!
