I love how he introduces his parents as Tim and Sue, and then throughout the video addresses them as Tim and Mum😂. Mums will always be mum ❤️ Love the conversion. Its really inspirational ❤
@SamuelLeeds haha, I wasn't expecting your reply 😂 I see, makes sense! aww that's very sweet :) I look forward to seeing the conversion of the listed building! ❤️
Was great to meet Ken....when I watched the "Broke to 10Mill" vid, you introduced Ken as an accountant. All other accountants should aspire to be like Ken. Mum was cool too :)
Thank you for this video But from an experience I can say numbers are not quite right when comes to income from holiday rental. I'm guessing bookings would be/ should be around 120£ per night that gives £3,300 monthly Having just a £1000 profit per month doesn't make sense financially at all
I'm guessing they only expect it to be occupied around 50%-75% of the year. £1k per month is a 6% yield and they've already made 40k on the renovation alone, so the numbers make sense financially.
Thankyou for your time. As a builder I have to say you must friction fit those panels or its going to seriously affected the thermal insulation. Yes you can squirt expandable foam in but its not the way to go. I am not a troll I am just passing on some information. After construction use a inferred camera and you will see where the cold is breaking in.
Great job on this house! Does anybody know how strict the permitted development laws are in the country side in Oxfordshire? Is it a no no like in the Peak District?
Hi a first time buyer question. Can I use my buy to let company s profit to pay my monthly mortgage ? (A small contribution £400/M ) I'm hoping to buy a second property, so my existing flat become buy to let ,may be I will have to do it under a company, on this property after mortgage I will be make £400/M (after interest only mortgage payment) can I take that money (£400) to pay towards my new properties mortgage ? I will be living in the new property. Thank you ❤️

Investing in a different streams of income that doesn't depend on the government to bring in money especially now the pandemic is hitting the country pretty hard will be the wisest decision.
It’s easier to make money and passive income from real estate. After that then you can diversify to crypto. All I can say is if you are all in on only crypto, your a bit silly. You should have about equal amounts in as many different areas as possible.
LOVE this! Samuel, please show more of Sue & Tim’s projects. So beautiful I would love to stay here.
Absolute genius minds! The end result is fabulous, I wish you all prosperity and a fruitful future.

All the money out, if you can get some guests will be pay the costs and give a decent profit on top! Nice deal
Solar could be installed for about $7000 American and you wouldn't need a generator we've been off grid for 8 years
Your mother mentioned a RICS valuation - I'm sure many have no idea what that is, nor how you get one.
Maybe an explanation in another video?
Have a quick Google mate

My life was once a dilapidated barn. Then I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. How I have been redeemed and make him an infinate return.
🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏

Denim shorts should be outlawed, smart concept though.
