Interesting fact : think about what world the level is located, if it's in world 1, it should be less revealing, if it's in world 5, it is a full drawing. What I mean is, the amount of background stuff you can see is affected by what world the level is in. In John gutter there is only light on Peppino and statues, in WAR, it is a full drawing

You forgot one thing about the title cards. The name of the level kinda shakes a little bit. If you want it to feel authentic you kinda want the title to squiver.
The reason why I don't really specify on what instruments to use for GM is cause it is usually based on preference on what tone you want to go for. That being said, what I usually lean is: Bass: -Synth Bass 1 or 2 (up to you) Melody: -Electric Piano 1
The "doot doots" are under the instrument called "Acapella Lead" It should be Bank 5 under the tab known as "Secret Course", referencing the instruments used in the "Secret Course" OST from Sunshine.
Instead of doing Save or Save As, you Export it. Go to [File] and scroll down until you see Export. Once there, you can select either .wav or .mp3 (depending if you have enough space)
Considering some mobile apps like Ibis Paint have a pixel brush option (according to research), it is possible. Again, the same rules on drawing apply, it's just that you have to focus solely on using the pixel brush.
As long as you have an MP3 file of the RUclips video in mind. Assuming it's to add music to the video, then it's pretty much the same thing, except with the MP3 file at hand. However actually getting the MP3 file is a different story and you'll need to search that up on your own to find out due to potential copyright infringements.

If it is difficult to do the music portion, do not be afraid to search up sheet music and transcribe the notes onto your music program. Assuming you are talking about "It's Just a Burning Memory", Musescore (the site I mentioned in the video) has some sheet music that you can transcribe from. If there is still some difficulty (and I forgot to mention in the video because this is very situational), you can find a Synthesia video on RUclips and try to replicate the notes that are being played while also making adjustments on things like rhythm. Again, I cant emphasize enough on the music part being the most difficult. The method I do takes a lot of practice and it is not something that can be picked up easily.
