I have been trying to come up with a Buffalo chicken burger. This is what I have come up with, ground 2 pounds of chicken breast ground 1 pound bacon regrind mixture together add about 15 ounces blue cheese a splash of wing sauce, blue cheese and wing sauce on the bun. If you don't like blue cheese substitute mozz. What do you think?
