I think I’ve watched this before but I enjoyed it so much. Reminded me of times when I cooked for my dear late husband and travel memories, before I became too old to cook. I now have to eat gluten free. There may be more choices in the US. I don’t think we have grits in New Zealand and we call scones what you call biscuits but for Saturday lunch I usually made a frittata. I loved cooking and bless Martha for her energy. How I used to love her mother Big Martha. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

In college, I walked to my apartment, put a fried egg with bacon, on toast, sprinkled cheese on top, and broiled open faced. I never tired of it. My father took me with him to work, until school aged. He would fried one egg, and one piece of bacon, place them on toast, and cut them into exactly sixteen tiny squares, making sure each square had egg, and bacon on it.
I've been to Paris and that's exactly how they make "Croque Monsieur" except they add butter on it. Always sided with cornichons, a green salad and white wine. It's delicious! The best luncheon dish ever

I use to like my waffles fluffy …Belgium waffles are fluffy in most restaurants especially ihop.. but bc I grew up on frozen waffles I went back to liking them a lil more crusty that fluffy&doughy

Hello everyone...Thank You ..Ms. Martha ..hope seasonal works are finest and that make you good..I miss my seasons though last 5 years transition ..it's just been quite transition for me from moldy space to this new place these days ..so about that some other times..(settling in new space for last 9 months...)..and my questions today are about pots .......so . ,in new space I had to use metal pots to bake egg..................missing coated non stick quality ..but learn soon ..that they wouldn't be that healthy...that aluminium pots also leaks aluminium ..so wouldn't be that healthy as well..and that change ..my budget navigating since aluminium pot are the lowest price ususally..and lightest to hold....is there coated but eco friendly..would be orientation....I have no tiem to work on presently...just returning to the normal rhtym of living........my energy is still very chalanging...to all of you who ..either start learning of Marthas contribution to development of desifn and arts in virtue of magazine and further...this is ...a bit of invitation to ..stay connencted to ..conntinue a bit of legacy..right...thanks by ..

"Summer Savory"! I was just watching a Kenji video yesterday and he mentioned that he maybe had used Savory once in 25 years, as far as he could remember. Is it a '60s thing? I remember buying it a hundred years ago but have no recollection of the taste or smell.
Sweetie, all that is is makeup and her paying a fortune for beauty treatments that she actually can do at home! 😄 I'm 53 and people think I look 43. They are shock to know I'm older. I have a simple homemade skincare regime but my best kept secret is that every night before bedtime, after I finish my regime, I look at myself in the mirror, smile brightly and lavish myself/my soul with love, compliments and kisses. 😘🥰 This may seem silly to some but the proof it works is when people compliment my looks and personality. They don't have to know your "beauty secrets" although they will be dying to know. Part of feeling beautiful dear is seeing yourself as beautiful inside and out no matter what anyone else thinks! Look at the glass half full instead of half empty. Meaning try to count all your blessings and you'll instantly start feeling better. 😃There's way too many to count. Now start thinking you're beautiful no matter your age because you are beautiful in God's eyes and that is all that really matters.😊😉

Everyone ages differently. I don't know why. My sister-in-law is 84 & looks great. Her friends that age not so much. 81 in this day & age in 2024 is not always old looking.
