I like to be able to both faceroll uber bosses (maybe not all mechanics but definitely not die to random ability taken) and deal enough damage to kill bosses before they start cycling abilities, also to do juiced maps fast enough. mageblood gives both damage mitigation and needed utility (regen, -mana cost, etc) while HH is only useful if you speedrun maps and kill a lot of rares. it's possible to build something around HH I guess, but I had some history of too much attack speed and mana cost issues when tested HH on CoC builds, unfortunately, so I can't recommend it.
u can sustain it even on like first week version of build with RotP :D poe.ninja/challenge/builds/char/Grizone/trigger_my_cock?time-machine=day-5 that one didn't scale well though, so switched to classy 10 auras lowlife stuff. than just added permanent conc ground with effect increase from new passives and regen flask suffix, haven't even used life regen aura after all.
How are you creating conc ground tho, and isn't conc ground only regen life if you're not Inquisitor. How are you not degening ES, unless I guess you are using Zealot's oath?

@@longlucky100 ground is rational doctrine jewel effect, and for sure ZO is used to convert all health regen to ES.
