    1. Thankful that we met in our child hood time.
    2. Thankful that you created this channel and are sharing your journey.
    3. Thankful for my only child and the relationships that I do have and the people that come through for me with genuine hearts.
Thank you @roxanne for the reminder that we grieve more than the passing of family. This is a great topic and I am sure can he discussed for many hours.

Thank you, Bridgett! I appreciate you watching and commenting. I'm grateful we met in childhood and reconnected, too.

Another excellent video! Yes, even with the guy playing basketball! Grief is such an important topic and can be so difficult to share - especially on an open medium like this. So, thank you for sharing! IMHO sometimes comparing our own losses with what others have lost is a temporary fix because in a way it distracts us from dealing with our losses. For me, the reality of my physical vulnerability and weakness was a powerful realization. I've spent so much of the last 7 months considering my own mortality. But my Covid experience has also included a major loss in interest in most things. My interest in things is thankfully coming back slowly (one thing I'm profoundly grateful for!) and I'm wondering if it was mostly a matter of post-viral depression (another topic I don't see a lot of Long Haul discussions about). Well, I don't want this to get too long. Just, thanks again for sharing! It is deeply appreciated! Continued healing in mind, body and spirit!

Thank you, David! I couldn't even fault the guy playing basketball - he was showing his daughter how to hoop. Too cute.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I think you're right about the comparison game being a distraction. As I read your comment I couldn't help thinking that it's so wild to see how many parallels there are in other's experiences around long COVID, including the mental/emotional ones like pondering one's physical vulnerabilities and mortality or dealing with post-viral depression (which I also don't see discussed a lot by long haulers but have talked with my pulmonologist about). There are just so many layers to dealing with this thing beyond the physical and we're only just scratching the surface of that. It will be interesting to see the long-term impact this will have on society as a whole. Anywho, thank you for sharing another great comment and continued healing to you, too, sir!
