- Army commanders in Myanmar are being accused of ordering the abduction and forced recruitment of Rohingya Muslims to fight against Buddhist rebels.
Activists say the Myanmar military is using the Rohingya as human shields and stoking tension between Buddhist and Muslim communities.

The first time I've heard of one entity forcing another by giving them a gun.
