Why would you use different clamps than what is provided for a demo video?

Good question... I think we did that just to keep the video moving and to save some time.

When using a 2-liter keg, what is the amount of nitrogen gas added to it?

Wait, so if it's a single keg fed 28psi...you're doing flat cold brew at 28psi?

seems quite high! I would think there would be alot of bubbles present in every pour from the still faucet.

Hey Kenny, sorry for the late reply, but to answer your question, yes. In this setup, the cold brew is served at 28psi. Note that it does require either a flow control faucet or an inline flow compensator in order to slow the flow of the coffee.

No bubbles (at least for the first few days). Over time it will start to take on some nitrogen, but even then, it still won't pour like a nitro coffee. We do recommend a flow control faucet or inline flow controller to restrict the flow due to the high pressure.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I am from Algeria and I want to start a small business selling nitro coffee. I do not have experience in this field. I wanted to know whether the pressure used in preparing nitro affects how quickly a bottle of nitrogen gas runs out. Suppose I have a bottle of nitrogen gas of 4 kilograms and use a pressure of 30-40 bar. How many liters of nitro coffee do you bring and it becomes empty?
