These guys are geniuses...not just because of the nitro...but dude, the NAME?! "Happy Baristas"...I love it. It implies that the coffee, pastries, food, and service are all gonna be much better, every time, because the baristas are happy. Genius.
Have tried nitro cold brew coffee this year at The Coffee Counter in Leicester and it was amazing. Very smooth texture. That's the next level of the coffee experience.
Nitro coffee is a very fresh and sexy concept, especially when presented like you are ordering beer, haha! I am definitely going to try it out when I get to Happy Baristas.
Hey, when you pump nitrogen gas into a keg and continue pumping it for a whole day, the pressure inside the keg will increase and explode. and What is the amount you produce until the nitrogen gas bottle becomes empty?
I absolutely love your videos! Always great content, production and happy vibes! I'm lucky to live in Berlin and discovered nitro coffee here in summer last year - I've been hooked ever since!
Thank you. We love making videos for you. Enjoy nitro coffee in Berlin, you can definitely enjoy it at various cafes. The very same day we tried one at Nano Kaffee.
I have tried it and enjoyed it. What I am curious to know is the health affects of nitro. For example, if you drink it every day for a year, how does the body process it, side effects etc!? Thank you
I like how you compared 3 types of coffee drinks. @3:45 espresso , brewed and nitro to alcoholic drinks! I never thought about it that way but it makes sense! bravo!
Funny watching them making a big deal about it four years later and it's in every small town in the middle of nowhere - i just wanted to see how to make it.
European Coffee Trip yes, I will open in November some time (hopefully) and you are very welcome to visit 😊 Here is my website, it still needs some tweaking though. www.Truebrewcoffeebar.com
OK Nitro coffee experts, just bought a mini keg, made cold brew and added my creme charger, but the coffee isnt foamy at all!! Does it need to charge in the fridge overnight?
Not a coffee expert, but I am a brewer. You need to give it enough time for the gas to dissolve into the liquid as well as knowing what pressure works best
@@fernandocaracciolo Thanks for the reply Fernando, I worked it out just added another nitrogen bulb and left in the fridge a little while, worked a treat ;)
This may sound like a stupid question, but is this nitro coffee better than canned nitro coffee (like Stumptown’s nitro cold brew)? I had some of the canned stuff, and for all the coffee and espresso I love- fresh and canned- I actually didn’t like it. Tasted sour.
It is actually a good question. Obviously, nitro is only one aspect of the equation. It depends on the recipe and coffee used. However, fresh and canned should be eventually similar. Perhaps they need to conserve that somehow what can influence the taste too.
My experience with nitro products in a can versus from tap, the tap is way better, creamier and enjoyable. The canned batches seem to be flat and lacking, like you guys have kind of already spoken to.
Greek frappe is at every corner literally, you can make one at home easy too. You don't have Nitro Coffee at every corner, it's actually rare, and cannot make it at home.
We are a professional nitrogen coffee machine beer machine research and development manufacturer. Our nitrogen coffee machine does not need an external nitrogen bottle. If you need it, please contact me.
Sure, we know about Rocket. We have tasted it many times before. It was just an opportunity to film this topic at Happy Baristas when we were in Berlin. They were open to share the information and I hope it was an informative video for everybody:)
Sure! It was very good. The guys at Kontakt are pretty secretive about their recipes (understandably). I don't know who made nitro coffee first in Europe
I don't think it was mentioned that Happy Baristas were first. They were just pointing out there was no solution on the market when they started to plan opening the cafe. I believe Kontakt as well as Brewbox were earlier!:)
It’s not a tap, it’s a faucet. There is no piece of the equipment called a “tap” To access the product in the keg you “tap” it with the coupler or in this case the ball lock valve. Thank you
Whats wrong with just drinking coffee the old way? All that hipster stuff is going overboard lately. Guys if you dont really like real coffee, why not just go for tea? Its obvious you try hard to get away from the actual coffee taste
Sure, we can do the same old thing over and over and never progress. I can ask why do you watch a video about a coffee trend if you don’t really want to hear about it.
Coz they are bunch of bored wankers, remember hype about deconstructed coffee and pumpkin spiced latte and now this nitroshit thing, next thing will be adding cacao to it and everyone will be wow, what an invention, ofc cacao has to be single origin, organic and hand harvested by paid slaves in in Congo

I made nitro coffee at a coffee shop, here in America, in Texas. They have had much of cool coffee
Serving coffee or tea from a tap is genius
I love Nitro. And I loved this video!
Nitro coffee is a very fresh and sexy concept, especially when presented like you are ordering beer, haha! I am definitely going to try it out when I get to Happy Baristas.

it is also possible to drink a nitro coffee in zürich
“It doesn’t affect the taste, it affects the way you perceive the taste.” That’s just saying it affects the taste with extra steps
I guess they were trying to say that you don't taste the nitrogen in itself but rather that the change in mouthfeel affects the taste of the coffee
I have tried it and enjoyed it. What I am curious to know is the health affects of nitro. For example, if you drink it every day for a year, how does the body process it, side effects etc!?
Thank you
Nitro coffee is actually healthier than normal coffee! Less caffeine and calories
I like how you compared 3 types of coffee drinks. @3:45 espresso , brewed and nitro to alcoholic drinks! I never thought about it that way but it makes sense! bravo!

Je možné Nitro Coffee ochutnať v Čechách alebo na Slovensku?
Dobrý dotaz, určitě mají v 4Pokojích na pípě, ale nejsem si jistý jestli poháněný Nitrem. Zkusíme zjistit!!

I had the same product yesterday for the first time. Tasted sour to me too!
My experience with nitro products in a can versus from tap, the tap is way better, creamier and enjoyable. The canned batches seem to be flat and lacking, like you guys have kind of already spoken to.
It's like a foamy Greek freddo espresso, only it's more complicated, time consuming and with chemistry in it lol
Greek frappe is at every corner literally, you can make one at home easy too.

My barista said they don’t sell Venti bc the nitro would kill me.. that was odd...
You should check out Roket by Kontakt in Budapest. They have been doing it for years

I just posted a video on an Iced Honey Lavender Cappuccino! What a great way to incorporate some summer flavors into your coffee!
Can we add milk or sugar in nitro coffee
No it WILL explode with the power of a hydrogen bomb
Check out Crysalli, they are masters of all things beverage including nitro coffee!
It’s less a beer and more a frothy soft drink.
Mainly beer dose not need a gas injection.
Die linkerkanste ou klink soos n' Suid- Afrikaner

The dude on the left sounds German with hints of British English. It’s so weird to listen to him talk
Its hipster cold brew.
Hate the political commercials RUclips is force feeding these days.
Sorry, we can’t influence that 🤷♂️
