Hey, when you pump nitrogen gas into a keg and continue pumping it for a whole day, the pressure inside the keg will increase and explode. What is the amount you produce until the nitrogen gas bottle becomes empty?

After pressurizing at 80psi, what pressure are you dispensing at?

Good question. I was wondering the same. Plus I thought 80 psi may be too high for infusion. I read elsewhere recommending 35 psi.

Are you using 100% nitrogen or a beer gas mix?

It's best to use 100% nitrogen.

100% food-grade nitrogen. And lots of infusion time.

You used Nitrogen N2 or Nitrus Oxide N2O? I'm not sure ,you can used N2?
