Massive billboard falls in Mumbai rainstorm killing at least 14 people

A massive billboard fell during a rainstorm in Mumbai, India killing at least 14 people. The rainstorm was accompanied by gusty winds causing the billboard to collapse on some houses and a petrol pump.
More than 40 people are feared to be trapped under the billboard with rescue operations still ongoing to rescue them.
It comes as the region was hit by heavy winds, lightning, rain and a dust storm that caused disruptions to transport networks and damaged buildings.
