Most all chinese servers do xp building while they are seeding. Once it is full enough the admin says to play normal

There are "XP Farm Server" online, that will do it way more professional. This looks like a childhood without coordination.

@@PristineReviews For some weapons in some classes you need a special rank. So you rank up fast with xp farm and you can play the weapon in the class (like the flamethrower or some special equipment for other classes). After that, xp is no more usefull.
