You guys forgot to mention the MOST important thing of all: patience! Quality stop-motion requires A LOT of dedication and patience, and planning ahead too. I've seen a lot of people giving up because they didn't really understood that it takes from 720 to 1440 frames for a single minute of video (depending on how smooth you want things to be). It's a lot of hard work! But it pays off. This seems like a nice program to get people started. Good initiative! The world needs more stop motion films!
I can see how it resembles the reverse shape of a pentagram, however it's just a star tilted to the left some odd degrees with its shape slightly skewed. Furthermore, there is NOTHING bad, wrong, or "evil" about pentagrams. No need to be offended or appalled.
No, it doesn't. You mean the goats head, Baphomet, right? Granted, the pentagram is used in Satanism, but it's not necessarily as black and white as you seem to think. In fact, it's also used in many other religions or beliefs as well. Take Christianity for example.
OMG, this looks like an exact copy of I can animate by Kudlian software (which I kinda have). Not saying that it is, but the buttons for playing it through and the capture button are exaxtly the same in place looks and like the menus for onion skinning and stuff. I guess that they all run on the same code. Just saying.
