RECIPE
Ingredients
For 1 portion
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 tbsp double cream
1 tbsp brown sugar
Splash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
75 g dark chocolate (54 %)
Instructions
Chop the chocolate into small chunks. Set aside.
In a small pot add milk, cream, vanilla, salt and sugar. Heat on low until the sugar dissolves.
Add the chocolate. Stir constantly and cook until chocolate is melted and the mixture thickens. It could take a few minutes.

Ingredientai
1 porcijai
1 puodelis (250 ml) pieno
1 šaukštas grietinėlės
1šaukštas rudo cukraus
Truputį vanilės
Žiupsnelis druskos
75 g juodo šokolado (54 %)
Gaminimo eiga
Šokoladą susmulkinkite. Padėkite į šoną.
Į nedidelį puodą pilkite pieną, grietinėlę, vanilės, cukrų, druską. Viską išmaišykite ir dėkite ant viryklės.
Pieno mišinį kaitinkite ant nedidelės ugnies nuolat pamaišydami, kol ištirps cukrus.
Sudėkite šokoladą. Kaitinkite nuolat maišydami, kol šokoladas ištirps ir masė sutirštės. Užtruks kelias minutes.
