If anyone else is stuck on the archaic language and wants to know the recommendation in tea bags... After some digging I found another video (Overdosing on Tea) where Dr Greger implies that a regular cup of tea at standard strength is 250mL. Saying a quart of tea is kind of broad given the fact that we all make our tea in different strengths. I brew mine very light, so I think a quart more than doubles for me. Love how all the responses to your comment didn't get the reference so don't seem to have ever watched American television. Reminds me that not all countries advertise drugs to the general population.
Some questions i don't understand after watching the hibiscus tea videos: 1. Does soaking the hibiscus tea in hot water extracts more nutrients from the leaves in comparison to just soaking it in room temperature water over night in the fridge? 2. Will the tea loose some of its nutrients if soaked in the fridge over night? 3. Is it a must to soak the leaves in the fridge overnight (to keep it from spoiling?)? 4. Does mixing half a cup of lemon juice with 4 cups of water, 4 teaspoons of hibiscus and a small bunch of mint leaves is safe?
Soaking it at room temperature is better, because you don't have to use energy for the extraction. I'm pretty sure that is safe to drink hibiscus tea with Lemon and mint. Mate, don't worry about the details, if you drink hibiscus tea instead of coke you have so much health advantage than the avarage city person.
It may be wise to limit Hibiscus tea consumption to maybe 3 - 4 cups per day... However, I was drinking green tea with all the wonderful anti-cancer anti oxidants but I wasn't enjoying the bland taste. But Hibiscus with a bit of wild honey has a very nice floral taste and with all the health qualities including shrinking a swollen prostate.
Oof, a quart? ! used hibiscus as a wine substitute ( spiced with ginger and sweetened with fresh pressed apple juice) so I only drink about 1 cup or so a day.
***Greetings, Beloved of God. This message is lengthy but, it is very important. The ancient Israelites was tested by the Sabbath commandment to see if they would keep God’s law or no in Exodus 16:4- Do not be surprised if God allow man to do a similar test, enforce some type of Sabbath law to see if we will keep His law or no. ************************************************ Right now, we all do not see eye to eye, but, please hear me out.............. There is no way anyone can prove from the KJV Bible that Saturday, Sunday, etc. is the biblical seventh day Sabbaths. For, the words Saturday, Sunday, etc. do not appear in the Bible. A continuous Saturday, Sunday, etc., “man made Sabbaths” ARE NOT the true Bible Sabbaths because they are not calculated by true time. God’s true time is written in Genesis 1:14. When God commanded us to keep a seventh day Sabbath, kill the Passover on the 14th day of the first month, keep the day of atonement on the 10th day of the seventh month, etc......would He not have given us a calendar/Time to find these dates? Yes, He would have and He did, in Genesis 1:14. We are commanded to keep the days, years, etc. by the lights in heaven (the sun, moon and stars.) God did not specify which days, so, we must conclude that He meant for all of His 3 category of days to be kept by the lights in heaven. *********** The Sabbath command is one of the Ten Commandments listed in Exodus 20. It is just as important as the other nine and God commands us to keep it. Multitudes of people think and teach that we are only required to keep 9 of God’s Ten Commandments. My Friend, if we think this way, we are already deceived. ***The Sabbath is a feast. Leviticus 23:1-3 ***The moon is for seasons. Psalms 104:19 ***The lights in heaven are for seasons, etc. Genesis 1:14 ***The words “feast” and “season” comes from the same Hebrew word, MOED. ***MOED is, appointed times, appointments, feast, season, etc. The Sabbath is a MOED, an appointed time , a feast, a season, etc. Therefore, the moon, along with the other lights in heaven, are for Sabbaths. THE SABBATH IS TO BE CALCULATED BY THE TIME GOD ORDAINED IN THE BEGINNING OF CREATION NOT BY MAN’S TIME/CALENDARS. Who can prove from Genesis 1:14 that the Sabbath day is not calculated by the lights in heaven? Although many have tried, it cannot be refuted!! Take a glimpse at the dates in Genesis 7:11 and Genesis 8:4,13,14. Are these dates calculated by the Time God commanded in Genesis 1:14 or by the Gregorian time or some other man made time? ********** There are about 167 countries that keep Sunday as the seventh day and the remaining, approximately, 64 countries keep Saturday as the seventh day. If there is a “seventh day Sunday law” enforced and the remaining 64 countries change their calendars to read Sunday as the seventh day, then, the world will be keeping Sunday the seventh day as the Sabbath. Mon. Tue. Wed. Thur. Fri. Sat. Sunday Law 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7 What day will you and I then keep as the Sabbath? Already today, there are “Sunday Blue Laws” on government books. Man can change “their” time anytime and deceive the world under the leadership of Satan. We must calculate God’s Sabbath by God’s Time so The Great Deceiver can not trick us about the true Sabbath and “cause” us to worship him. “ He will think to change time and laws.” says Daniel 7:25 He only “THOUGHT” to change time when He “supposedly” had replaced God’s calendar with his calendar on earth. For he could not and has not truly change time because God’s Time sits in the heavens where no man can tamper with it! The sun, moon and stars, the lights in heaven, are God’s Time/Calendar. *********** God’s Calendar has three category of days, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day. 2 Kings 4:18-23 & Ezekiel 46:1-3. The new moon day is the first day of the month, the beginning of months. These days never, ever, ever overlaps each other on God’s Time! ........However, this is not true on the famous Gregorian calendar. The new moon day falls anywhere and everywhere on that calendar, in a given month. For example, sometimes, the new moon day falls on a “man made Saturday Sabbath”, on a “man made Sunday Sabbath”, in the midst of the month, etc. How can it both be the first day of the month and the seventh day Sabbath? How can the first day of the month start in the midst of a month? God said in Genesis 1:14 to, let the lights in heaven be for days, etc. So, which one or ones of God’s three category of days are kept by the lights in heaven? ...The new moon day? ...The six work days? ...The Sabbath day? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Example of God’s months: 1st week... new moon day, six work days and Sabbath day 2nd, 3rd, 4th weeks....six work days and Sabbath day The next month the cycle starts over. God’s months reset. Read Luke 6:1 Man uses this same concept. For example: The 1st and 3rd Sunday in August, the 1st and 3rd Sunday in September.” “The 2nd and 4th Sabbath in April, the 2nd and 4th Sabbath in May.” Note: There is never, never, ever, ever, 5 weekly Sabbaths in any one of God’s months. This is not true on the Gregorian calendar. Sometimes, there are 5 weekly “Gregorian Sabbaths.” This is not in align with true time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I believe there is a great deception coming to get people to worship Satan through a false Calendar/Sabbath controversy. God is a God of truth. God guides people by His truth. God’s Word is truth. Truth is our shield and buckler. Truth will keep us from all deceptions, the mark of beast, etc. Christ did not suffer on the cross for us to walk in a lie and continue to cling to our traditions! He did not die for us to keep obeying the “voice of man” above “the voice of God!” Read the stories about “King Saul” in 1 Samuel 15 and the “man of God” in 1 king 13. Let us learn a lesson from these testimonies....Obey God’s Voice! When we do and teach man’s commandments for doctrine, it is vain! It is useless! God does not honor it! There will be no reward! Again! there is a great possibility some type of “Man made Sabbath Law” could be enforced. These latter days crises seems to be pointing in that direction. If this is not true, then, we do not have to worry about it......But..... ....If it is truth then, we need to become more knowledgeable about this subject in order to make the right decision whom we will honor and serve.
A Sabbath test will reveal those who believe Gods Word in Genesis 1:14 and those who do not believe His Word. Whether there is or whether there is not a “Sabbath Test”, we still need to know the truth about God’s Time written in the Word of God so we can be obedient in all things. ***Worship Him that made heaven, earth and sea. ***Babylon is fallen! Babylon is fallen! ***Do not worship the Beast and receive his mark, whosoever does, will be eternal lost and be burnt with fire and brimstones. ****Read Revelation 13 & 14 This truth about God’s Calendar/Time and The Sabbath written in Genesis 1:14, Leviticus 23:1-3, Psalms 104:19, etc.is spreading throughout the four corners of the earth. This message enrages many who claim to be followers of Christ because they can not refute it. It seems, the people outside the church buildings are the ones eagerly accepting it and believing it. Please let us consider what is being said here and further research this important subject before it is to late. Peace and Love Friends of God
@@janetbransdon3742 ........ What if God wanted this message about His Time and Sabbath to appear on this page, did you, "in a sense", tell God, "What has the Sabbath got to do with drinking hibiscus tea?"??? Have you never heard of people giving out gospel tracts in the stores, on the streets, etc.? Just picture this as an electronic tract. You may reject this message, but maybe it will be embraced by others.
What if we add a little baking soda to the tea to increase pH? I'm coming from soil science and farming where raising soil pH lowers the plants intake of aluminum and heavy metals
This tea is the best drink to drink, if any pharmaceutical doctors tell you not to drink it, they don't want natural medication to heal you the reason why they will be out of jobs.
Do natural high blood pressure remedy like Hybetez Remedy really work and if so, how effective are they? We have heard many awesome things about this high blood pressure treatment.
If you have a Winco grocery store they may have it in the bulk products area. I bought a pound for 3.98$. They also had a really nice glass and stainless steel tea maker for 7.88$. Made the tea this morning using raw honey as a sweetener. It was delicious. Someone told me it helps with BP so I thought I would try it cause my medicine isn't working well any more. Today I saw a video indicating it helps lower cholesterol as well. I don't have that issue; but, have really bad inflammation. Can't wait to see what happens.
Does Hybetez Remedy really work? I notice lots of people keep on talking about Hybetez Remedy. But I'm not sure if it is good enough to treat your high blood pressure issue naturally .
The thing is if you eat a whole food plant based diet you probably are already getting a lot of manganese. Berries and whole grains have a lot. Tea has a lot.
In the video you released today you stated you were drinking a lot of hibiscus tea, more than your recommendation in this video, for the antioxidants, and were putting a lemon in the concoction to soak overnight. Am I missing something?
+iamhewho hasturtles Not really since at the end he said his tea was now more concentrated. In effect, he is still drinking the same amount of hibiscus, which I feel exceed his cautionary amount from the other video.
I’m going to drink as much,or as little of the hibiscus tea as I want to because it’s none of his business how much hibiscus tea I drink in a short time. I’m sick, and tired of these “know it all” health experts trying to tell the people what’s good for them, and what’s not good for them; and how much they should be consuming, or not consuming. People who care about their own health can, and will make their own decisions .
I prefer hibiscus enchiladas--Yum! Always found the tea a tad too tart to become a zealot about drinking it, thank goodness. Hibiscus tea is catching on in complimentary health circles, though, and like high doses of cinnamon, may eventually be thought too good to be true because of info such as this. Thanks for posting, just the same, Doc.
I would ask him about that. Drinking distilled water cheats your body out if some minerals and your body will rib your bones to get them. Spring water, filtered tap water is best.
that proves one thing, it is not easy to measure the effect of food in our body , the are doing this in cholesterol, sugar, coconut oil, vitamine D, etc etc... short answer is moderate in every thing, a cup or 2 of tea, another cup or 2 of coffee, a cup of hipscus, a cup of water, another of fresh juice, that is more than enough for a a day. if you love one drink a lot, ok 2 or 3, but then take a break for 2 or 3 days Just common sense, greetings.
Hibiscus would technically have some calories, but so little. It's really not worth counting towards calories, but if you must, a cup may have between 0.01 to 3.00 calories, I'm guessing.
How strong would the tea be for your 2 quart limit? We make a gallon pretty strongly and use it to flavor our water similar to adding a slice of lime or lemon to our water.
He says the new limit is 1 quart or liter. If your tea is potent but you only flavor water with it then how much are you really consuming? Maybe 1 cup/8 oz of actual tea?
Yay! Praising God for the information in this video! I had given up green tea to be obedient to the Word of Wisdom contained in my LDS scripture called the Doctrine & Covenants. Now Dr. Gregor shows us that there is something way better! #blessedfaithful!
And according to one of Dr. Greger's other videos, hibiscus tea is hard on the enamel of the teeth, so you should rinse with water after drinking it. I thought I could avoid this by putting the ground dry hibiscus flowers in capsules and taking them like vitamin pills, but now am concerned about the aluminum and manganese intake.
Do an overnight cold infusion by not adding water and just putting it in the fridge overnight at least 8 hrs. Then drink with a straw so it doesnt touch your teeth. But you can also swish your teeth with water immediately after drinking and be fine. Cold infusions are better anyways because they retain more vitamins and minerals that heat doesn't destroy, and it's often more concentrated in vitamins and minerals.

So, the obvious question stands for bulk hibiscus drinkers: How much bulk hibiscus do you put per cup of water? I seem to like a little less than 1/4 tsp hibiscus per 8oz water cup, but that might be too much! I also tried 1/8 tsp per 8oz water cup, but it turns out too diluted for my taste.
Doc, you're not being specific here, let alone scientific. You keep referring to no more than a quart a day, but how concentrated is "your" quart compared to others. Some might use one table spoon of dried hibiscus per quart; and some might use 2 or three table spoon per quart of boiling water. Big differences! So you need to be specific as to how much of the dried hibiscus tea to take in a day, not the volume of the liquid tea, which is very misleading and widely variable in the tea concentration from one drinker to the other. That is just bucket chemistry and useless as an advice to people. People need to know how many grams of dry weight hibiscus per day they could take per kg body weight per day, not how much volume of tea they drink. You've never answer any of my questions but you really need to answer this question or else no one is going to respect this video of your after reading my comment. I'm vegan. I love you, I respect you for your works, but I and many others want nothing but wants reliable data and not have to guess whether the hibiscus tea I made is more or less concentrated than yours for comparison. Does my "quart" has doubled your "quart" in the dry weight of hibiscus tea, or perhaps tripled? Who knows?
I was thinking same thing thus my question about the difference if i use a hibiscus tea bag [ smile.amazon.com/dp/B003D5MQOW/ ] and stretch its dose out over a liter/quart of hot water?

Joseph1NJ it's going to be later, way later. There was a law on the books that all the road signs had to be converted to metric by the year 1980. I remember. Didn't happen. I use both for small things (tenthousandths of inches, inches, tenths of mm, mm, ml, grams) but large things (feet, yards, gallons, miles, pounds, tons) I'll always use imperial measures or use conversion charts. I doubt either one of us will live to see America convert. The law was ignored 35 years ago and there's no indication or demand for another one. I'm bi-metrical.
Wade Patton I recall first learning the metric system in grammar school in the 70's, of course now working in technology, its second nature. I think it was Jimmy Carter who suggested we finally convert. Then came Reagan with his cowboy hat mentality and put a stop to that. As a kid, one of my father's skills was mechanical. He'd complain that the English system was obsolete, that was in the mid 70's as well. There are only three nations on the planet that use it, and embarrassing enough, the US is one.
+Joseph1NJ I simply don't think it will happen in ours or our children's lifetime(if you have them). We apparently have figured out how to trade with the rest of the globe despite different metrications. Cheers

The hot water method is just the faster version if you don't feel like waiting over night

Vegans go over in manganese. like twice the recommended dosage, because its in all of our protein sources. How much is too much???
Brittany Renee, drinking green tea will slow mineral absorption
Thank you Dr. I was drinking a half gallon as you originally suggested. As a recommendation, it might be a good idea to delete the other video.
Hello
What time of the day should it be consumed?
I have a hibiscus plant in my balcony so i don't go for tea bags or dried leaves. Is it okay to intake one flower per day in the form of a tea?
3 raw flowers a day is safe.
Does hibiscus tea alkalize the body like lemons ? Or does is increase acidity?
Thanks Dr Greger,
Good to know. Makes the best iced tea
Thank you.
Oof, a quart? ! used hibiscus as a wine substitute ( spiced with ginger and sweetened with fresh pressed apple juice) so I only drink about 1 cup or so a day.
***Greetings, Beloved of God. This message is lengthy but, it is very important.
The ancient Israelites was tested by the Sabbath commandment to see if they would keep God’s law or no in Exodus 16:4-
Do not be surprised if God allow man to do a similar test, enforce some type of Sabbath law to see if we will keep His law or no.
************************************************
Right now, we all do not see eye to eye, but, please hear me out..............
We are commanded to keep the days, years, etc. by the lights in heaven (the sun, moon and stars.)
God did not specify which days, so, we must conclude that He meant for all of His 3 category of days to be kept by the lights in heaven.
***********
The Sabbath command is one of the Ten Commandments listed in Exodus 20. It is just as important as the other nine and God commands us to keep it.
Multitudes of people think and teach that we are only required to keep 9 of God’s Ten Commandments. My Friend, if we think this way, we are already deceived.
***The Sabbath is a feast. Leviticus 23:1-3
***The moon is for seasons. Psalms 104:19
***The lights in heaven are for seasons, etc. Genesis 1:14
***The words “feast” and “season” comes from the same Hebrew word, MOED.
**********
There are about 167 countries that keep Sunday as the seventh day and the remaining, approximately, 64 countries keep Saturday as the seventh day.
If there is a “seventh day Sunday law” enforced and the remaining 64 countries change their calendars to read Sunday as the seventh day, then, the world will be keeping Sunday the seventh day as the Sabbath.
Mon. Tue. Wed. Thur. Fri. Sat. Sunday Law
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7
What day will you and I then keep as the Sabbath?
Already today, there are “Sunday Blue Laws” on government books.
Man can change “their” time anytime and deceive the world under the leadership of Satan. We must calculate God’s Sabbath by God’s Time so The Great Deceiver can not trick us about the true Sabbath and “cause” us to worship him.
“ He will think to change time and laws.” says Daniel 7:25
He only “THOUGHT” to change time when He “supposedly” had replaced God’s calendar with his calendar on earth. For he could not and has not truly change time because God’s Time sits in the heavens where no man can tamper with it! The sun, moon and stars, the lights in heaven, are God’s Time/Calendar.
***********
God’s Calendar has three category of days, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Example of God’s months:
1st week... new moon day, six work days and Sabbath day
2nd, 3rd, 4th weeks....six work days and Sabbath day
The next month the cycle starts over.
God’s months reset. Read Luke 6:1
Man uses this same concept. For example:
The 1st and 3rd Sunday in August, the 1st and 3rd Sunday in September.”
“The 2nd and 4th Sabbath in April, the 2nd and 4th Sabbath in May.”
Note: There is never, never, ever, ever, 5 weekly Sabbaths in any one of God’s months.
This is not true on the Gregorian calendar. Sometimes, there are 5 weekly “Gregorian Sabbaths.” This is not in align with true time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I believe there is a great deception coming to get people to worship Satan through a false Calendar/Sabbath controversy.
God is a God of truth. God guides people by His truth. God’s Word is truth. Truth is our shield and buckler. Truth will keep us from all deceptions, the mark of beast, etc.
Christ did not suffer on the cross for us to walk in a lie and continue to cling to our traditions! He did not die for us to keep obeying the “voice of man” above “the voice of God!”
Read the stories about “King Saul” in 1 Samuel 15 and the “man of God” in 1 king 13.
****Read Revelation 13 & 14
This truth about God’s Calendar/Time and The Sabbath written in Genesis 1:14, Leviticus 23:1-3, Psalms 104:19, etc.is spreading throughout the four corners of the earth.
This message enrages many who claim to be followers of Christ because they can not refute it. It seems, the people outside the church buildings are the ones eagerly accepting it and believing it.
Please let us consider what is being said here and further research this important subject before it is to late.

What has the Sabbath got to do with drinking hibiscus tea?
@@janetbransdon3742 ........
What if God wanted this message about His Time and Sabbath to appear on this page, did you, "in a sense", tell God, "What has the Sabbath got to do with drinking hibiscus tea?"???
Have you never heard of people giving out gospel tracts in the stores, on the streets, etc.?
Just picture this as an electronic tract.
You may reject this message, but maybe it will be embraced by others.
Hibiscus ginger apple combo sounds amazing 😍
What is the difference in the different colors of hibiscus flowers if one makes it at home?
It's not the hibiscus flower that grows in the garden! The name is misleading.
I love this channel!
What if we add a little baking soda to the tea to increase pH? I'm coming from soil science and farming where raising soil pH lowers the plants intake of aluminum and heavy metals
i googled quart :)
+Оля Join the club
Does it matter if you drink it in a metal container.. I.e. coffee mug?
☕ Drink a cup or two daily to avoid aluminium toxicity. Green tea is OK 👌
Can adults that have Kidney disease handle Hibiscus tea?
I used to only drink one cup a day, when I drank it regularly.. So I guess I'm good. lol
Thank you
This tea is the best drink to drink, if any pharmaceutical doctors tell you not to drink it, they don't want natural medication to heal you the reason why they will be out of jobs.
Dr. is hibiscus tea good for treating thyroid???
How many teabags per day is safe??
Four- 8 oz cups or 1 quart 😂 or about a liter
hi Dr. is it suitable for pile or constipation patient .t q
Know the drink is just delicious its very easy to over do.I use about a litre per day I think that would be okay?.
I'm a big fan of diversity in foods and teas.
I'm european and don't know what quart is, how do I dose this?
A little less than 1 litre. Google ;)
A bigger question to me is the concentration...
Four cups equal one quart or 32 ounces.
Your already on the internet. Use it.
while making hibiscus tea from fresh flowers wouldn't washing it with water will wash away the vitamin c as its water soluble???
I would also like to know the answer
@@coolgrandeur Well, it will wash away the vitamin c into your stomach where it is absorbed by the body. Not an issue.
So don't drink it??
But how many grams of hibiscus leaves / petals does he use in a quart??
How much is a quart in teabags?
This was Joe Friday, Just the facts. Best video by far on the subject. Thanks for making it.
so how many cups per day of hibiscus tea? so what is a quart?
You can google quart to cups online.
What about pure hibiscus tea? No tea leaves, just steeped hibiscus petals.
hahaha who the hell would drink 15 cups in a day anyway? LOL
lol right
Yo ...😅
Still alive though! I make my concentrate so dark you can't see light through it😊.
Do natural high blood pressure remedy like Hybetez Remedy really work and if so, how effective are they? We have heard many awesome things about this high blood pressure treatment.
What is Hybetez Remedy? Does it work? I hear lots of people treat their high blood pressure issue inherently with this high blood pressure treatment.
Where can I find hibiscus petals with which to make tea? I don't like the preprocessed tea bags. They don't taste right.
www.starwest-botanicals.com/catalogsearch/result/?order=relevance&dir=desc&q=Hibiscus+tea
What's a quart in English
+Joanna Houghton actually it's 940 mL
2 pints
3 beers
A quarter of a crankcase.
I love the responses to this
I’m going to drink as much,or as little of the hibiscus tea as I want to because it’s none of his business how much hibiscus tea I drink in a short time.
It’s probably based by serving
Thank you just realized we were drinking too much...
I'm sure it matters that I use Distilled water for my Hibiscus Tea.
I would ask him about that. Drinking distilled water cheats your body out if some minerals and your body will rib your bones to get them. Spring water, filtered tap water is best.
What strength should we make the tea? One of the videos mentioned 5 bags per cup was used during a study.
One bag per cup is what it says on mine.
that proves one thing, it is not easy to measure the effect of food in our body , the are doing this in cholesterol, sugar, coconut oil, vitamine D, etc etc... short answer is moderate in every thing, a cup or 2 of tea, another cup or 2 of coffee, a cup of hipscus, a cup of water, another of fresh juice, that is more than enough for a a day.
if you love one drink a lot, ok 2 or 3, but then take a break for 2 or 3 days Just common sense, greetings.
Does the plain hibiscus tea have calories? I am a heavy consumer and I’ve been trying to find that answer online with no avail.
Hibiscus would technically have some calories, but so little. It's really not worth counting towards calories, but if you must, a cup may have between 0.01 to 3.00 calories, I'm guessing.
15 is a lot
How strong would the tea be for your
2 quart limit? We make a gallon pretty strongly and use it to flavor our water similar to adding a slice of lime or lemon to our water.
He says the new limit is 1 quart or liter. If your tea is potent but you only flavor water with it then how much are you really consuming? Maybe 1 cup/8 oz of actual tea?
So can i drink one cup with a spoon of hibiscus?
like a day?
One cup of what?
Does it have caffeine?
No
According to cronometer.com I consumed 14.6mg of manganese eating only unrefined whole plant foods, totaling 2337 caloires.
Doc - what type of "air mask" should we wear when they are spraying our air making artificial clouds full of aluminum? Many thanks!
Schpankme Verimuch Gainesville, Florida: August 9, 2011 presentation to the Alachua County Commission reporting aluminum in rainwater. This presentation resulted in a second presentation to the County's EPAC committee (Environmental Protection Advisory Committee).
One of many - please google "chemtrails" or watch the video "What are they spraying" on RUclips!

Chemtrails... why don't you conspiracy theorists study science instead of entertainment? Study water condensation - use Google as you suggested.
Science proves there are no Chemtrails and conspiracy theorists show us "more conspiracies" and more "entertainment"
A presentation to the EPAC... that's it? lol - you guys need to bring something better than presentations - it's not like this is Area 51.. it's the open air!
Thanks for asking the important questions...its the elephant in the room no one wants to touch...
Schpankme Verimuch
I am very concerned....that shit is raining down on us for years now...aluminum accumulates in the brain and causes major issues...including tumors and brain cancer...its more than aluminum though.
Barium, Strontium, aluminum.....there is more...
Its in the air, in my food, inside my body....I never consented to being a guinea pig.
Schpankme Verimuch
No I do not understand. I am also not convinced you know what a monger is.
What I do understand is, the May 18, 1977 UN Environmental Modification Convention, where weather warfare was banned.
I also understand, the Over 600+ patents and admitted weather modification by various governments around the world.
Weather modification, not limited to, but including cloud seeding, is a very well established fact....but...
Ignorance is bliss....I know :)
I've been drinking a gallon a day the last few days... wish I didn't see this video but I guess it's for the best /:
Lol....you should be alright if u keep it in between 1-2quarts a day.
Since we're discussing facts, isn't the correct pronunciation of a "hibiscus":
"high-BISS-kus"?
The dictionaries say the first "i" is long. So I am curious.
please use the METRIC system
America says no way. Anyway when it's really hit outside I think the Fahrenheit system captures the severity better. I can't understand how. 1 ° temp increase could be anything but forgetable
are you assuming the food you eat has no manganese?
Good question, and I wonder if daily manganese is already well above 10mg is it then better to avoid hibiscus tea?
What's a Quart? How many cups?
4
OHHH NOW YOU TELL ME!! ** CROAKS**
I WAS CHUGGING LIKE 50 LITERS A DAY!!!.. jeesh.. lol just kidding never should get too overboard with anything healthy ... moral MODERATION MODERATION MODERATION!!!
I drank 4 or 5 cups a day says thats way to much iron
So, the obvious question stands for bulk hibiscus drinkers: How much bulk hibiscus do you put per cup of water? I seem to like a little less than 1/4 tsp hibiscus per 8oz water cup, but that might be too much! I also tried 1/8 tsp per 8oz water cup, but it turns out too diluted for my taste.
Yeah, I have a teaspoon in a pint. A quart of what strength???
I prefer Dogbiscus
Iscovimi Garga 😂😂😂😂😂awww man u made me laugh kraZy good sense of humor
DR G is hibicus the same as sorrel
I do roughly 1 cup of hibiscus tea a day. It makes me pee, which is nice.
Did anyone ever get a proper answer here?
I drink 14, so I'm good.
just drink Puroast or Cafe Sanora....slow low roasted coffee...boasts 70% less acid than high heat roasted coffees...plus much of the antioxidants are left in tact...in fact....more antioxidants than green tea.....tastes great and doesn't dehydrate me either.....please look into...its grrrreat wes
No more hibiscus tea for me. I’ll stick to water.
hisbiscus?
Sad! Wish I could drink this all day instead of water. I could put away 3 quarts/day easily if I thought it was safe.
Will Ackerman exactly! I drink this stuff ice cold without sugar. It quiches my thirst quicker and longer than plain water.
alright i learned something new !
neverheard of quart before, indeed.
it's like a litre, only different. 8-)
+AtlantisArch Yeah well, sooner or later the US will join the rest of the civilized world and FINALYY move to the metric system...
Joseph1NJ
it's going to be later, way later.
Cheers
Who’s going to drink that much day
😂 I think I laughed throughout this entire video. Thamk you!
I wont stop drinking hibiscus. And I don't drink more than a quart a day anyway.
